I had an incident where an item was scanned twice (no big deal) I came to get my money back for the extra scanned item and was met by an extremely rude cashier lady (out of Dress Code) she said this transaction was done a week ago! I don't see why you waited till now to get your money back and refused to do the return (receipt gives you 30 days to do a return) I asked for her manager and told her manager I'm the sales floor supervisor at a different Burlington I had to explain to her how to go about it. While she looked at the cameras to make sure it's true I waited upfront at the registers. I witnessed the same cashier be rude as can be to two more customers. The CASHIER pushed card instead of cash and yelled at the customer to put her card in so she can cancel it she then proceeded to get mad at the next customer because a shoe sensor went off while she was in line i dont know the cashier name but she was an older black lady who wears glasses and wears her pants all the way up to her stomach I would never allow any of my employees to act this way towards a customer. We were going to check out and the register that we were called to was not working so she jumps onto another computer. Meanwhile this whole time she doesn't acknowledge that we are in front of her waiting. She moves to a different computer and proceeds to check out someone else. Then another girl jumps to another computer next to the one I'm standing and she takes another customer. At this point we are looking around confused and we're like ok are we going get rung up? None of the girls acknowledged us. Now mind you there was a girl helping our who was supposed to be our original cashier and she saw us come up to her to get checked out and she just acts like we're not even there.
