We decided to go here not remembering that it was Father’s Day morning before we arrived. It was busy with a wait. We waited about 20 minutes to be seated which was sooner than I imagined. Our waitress took our order for our drinks quickly and brought out the drinks In a timely fashion. We asked for some cream for our coffee but our cream didn’t arrive until we reminded our waitress again. She was apologetic and brought it right now. It was busy so we understood that remembering everything can be tough. We ordered our meals and the food came out fast. It was exactly what we ordered and the eggs were cooked to our preferences. The bacon was cooked great. It was an awesome thickness, it was chewy but crunchy, and it had a sweetness to it that I enjoyed. Pancakes were great but I’m not surprised since Pancake is in the restaurant name. My hacienda was interesting but I actually really enjoyed it. It was like a Mexican inspired eggs Benedict. I feel if it wasn’t so busy we would have had better service but since it was so busy and our table was often forgotten we had to give this place a 4 out of 5 stars. We will be back of course though.

Ate here for lunch the other day. This was a very "ok-ish" experience. The service was ok, the food was ok, the prices were ok. This experience was the definition of middle of the road. I ordered a country Benedict with a side of pancakes. The Benedict had hits and misses. The best part was definitely the gravy. Really good flavor and was the perfect consistency. The biscuit was not flaky at all. Almost overcooked I would say. The eggs and the sausage were just bland. You could have left off the eggs entirely and you wouldn't have even noticed from a flavor point of view. The pancakes though were spot on good. But why are they so small? Idk, to me the concept doesn't make sense. It's the pancake house, but pancakes are never the main dish, always the side. They were cooked so well, but I just wanted big fat fluffy pancakes and sadly that really isn't an option. They have good pancakes, but I want bigger ones as a main course. Also, I wasn't a fan of their syrup. Had a weird flavor to it. All in all, it wasn't a bad experience. But not what I was expecting or hoping for when I went there.

Five stars for customer service because of the waitress that assisted us; however, the women hostesses were rude and very disinterested in assisting outside of murmuring a few words for guests to sign in. When they seat you, they say nothing. Two stars for the food. Our waitress was superb, but the food — which was not a fault of hers, was very bland and a waste of money honestly. I didn’t finish a thing. I had blueberry waffles, chocolate chip pancakes, and the Cloudie French toast and nothing was good. When I think of a blueberry waffle, chocolate chip pancake or French toast, I am thinking the waffle has blueberries within it not just placed on top making it soggy. Same with the chocolate chip pancakes which was actually the better of the three because the French toast was nothing but egg and no toast. The eggs were okay, but honestly it’s the type of food you can make at home it’s not really gourmet or out of the box flavors or breakfast creations. Not worth more than one trip so I don’t see myself returning.

I came here by myself Sunday morning. I ordered a vanilla caramel latte and orange juice to start. The latte was DELICIOUS. The orange juice was good too. I think I got the bottom of the orange juice bottle bc it was so much pulp that it kept clogging my straw, but I personally really like pulp so it didn't bother me like it would most other people. I ordered the specialty apple pancake thing. I was told it would take about 30 minutes to come out. It took about 20. I did not like that thing. It was literally scrambled eggs with cinnamon apple slices in a bread bowl. I took two small bites and couldn't stomach it. I can't eat straight eggs. If it was an actual custard, it could have been really good, but it was straight scrambled eggs with whatever syrup they put on it. Not what I was expecting at all. I told this to my waitress and she gave me a confused look. Some people can't control their faces and she is obviously one of them lol. I also ordered a side of chicken sausage and a side of homestyle potatoes. The chicken sausage was cold. The potatoes were fine. I ordered the banana pecan pancakes in place of the sugared scrambled eggs. MUCH better. They were so so so good. I mean I would return just for them. The restaurant seemed clean. I didn't see a bunch of dust gathered around the exposed pipes above. There wasn't that smell of old gunked up grease and sugar. It didn't smell like cleaning products either. The chef did bring out my 2nd pancakes. I will give them another shot bc those banana pancakes...

I came in little before 10am, I was advised there was a 25 -30 min wait, OK, I gave them my name, number and sat right up front. I watched about 3-4 people get seated before me that came in after me. I pull phone out to check the time and noticed I had a missed text, it was from the host saying I was removed from the list. Mind you, I never moved and they never called my name. From the moment we walked in, I noticed a empty both, it's right when you walk in. A black couple was sitting in one both. I noticed the host walk a white couple to the empty both, then turned, I thought nothing of this. I ask the host why was my name removed from the list, I have been sitting there the entire time, she didn't know but said I would be seating soon and she was right, you know that empty both, the one that's been open the entire time, they sit me there. After sitting there for 2 minutes, I realized why this is the "black and brown section" it's extremely cold due to the door. The waitress was fast, but the food was slow. The food was good. Now the brown couple, they didn't even get waited on, they got up and left. Update A white couple was just seated...wonder who they pissed off, now they were waited on with in a few moments of...

We have never tried this place before and wanted to give it a shot. Our server didn't even know that she had us as a table and took her about 10-15 minutes to even acknowledge us. After that we got our orders taken and 3 people before us got our food before we even did that sat down after us and ordered after us. Apparently the server was in the other room where nobody was at and we heard our order get called a few times. By the time we got our order nothing was hot/warm it was room temperature and I don't think anyone likes room temperature breakfast. The presentation for the migas didn't look very appetizing either also said that it came w hash browns which never came out I really wanted to enjoy this place bc I know it's been here for a very long time but safe to say that I will not be coming back. Not saying you shouldn't give everything atleast one shot in your life if you haven't tried it out maybe you will get a better experience then we did. Also when we told her our food taste bad we never saw a manager which I feel like normal they should come to your table and say I'm sorry or something imo in my years of being a manager but sadly...
