DXL Big + Tall — Local services in Fort Worth

Although the selection of big and tall clothing is good, as with this particular chain of stores the majority of the items are very expensive and there are minimal sales or clearance items at this (or any) location.

My husband recently visited this store while shopping for himself some casual clothes and was unable to shop without the sales associates pressuring him to look at and buy things that he stated he was not interested in. The sales guy ran him out of the store by his persistent hounding even after it was made clear that he was not interested.

My experience during my first visit to this location will absolutely be my last. I cannot imagine returning to give any repeat business to a company to that would unapologetically argue with me while I’m purchasing an item at the register, this store is clearly not well managed. No professionalism or reasonable customer service were any part of my experience with this location.

There have been several times while at the Arlington location that the staff have made myself and/or my husband very uncomfortable and we left with a bad taste in our mouths; Unfortunately, it seems that this Fort Worth location provides the same...

If I could give 0 stars I would. I had to use the restroom in this establishment and the women's restroom was occupied. I went over to the men's restroom as I couldn't hold it. Nature calls. As soon as I am in the restroom butt naked, the male associate opens the door and barges in. No apology, no nothing. When I went back up front and confronted him, he made every excuse in the book to not accept accountability for his actions and say basically it was my fault because I was in the men's restroom. They claim you have to ask employees to use the restroom. There was no sign on the door to inform customers of this "policy". They assumed I was stealing. No one wants to steal any of that cheap crap from DXL. I work my tail off for everything I have. I don't need to steal anything. I will never return to this location that disregarded my private moment and shamefully ruined the remainder of my weekend. I hope this establishment closes soon. You don't treat law abiding paying customers like trash. You treat customers with respect...

I’ve been a customer of this franchise and location for at least 15 years, and I never had an issue until recently. The customer service experience has always been pleasant until recently. I returned an item for a refund and was told that my refund could only be processed with a card. I paid cash during the initial transaction, and I expressed that I wanted a refund in the same manner. Although, the gentleman was kind, he refused to refund my purchase with cash. He stated that he could only process my refund with a card. As a loyal customer, I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with my experience and the outcome. Now I have to wait for my refund to process to my financial institution for whatever length of time it takes. For the record, I still don’t have my funds from the refund.
