What a nightmare. We were seated right away. That’s the only positive. Not one waitress was aware there was a table with 4 guests waiting. So I got their attention and our drinks were ordered. Then we realized the table was filthy. Grabbed someone else’s attention. There was a big, gross stain of some sort. The waitress said “yea, we can’t get that off” I thought then why are you seating people here? The place wasn’t busy at all. Waitress brings the drinks, then plates, silverware and napkins. All three plates still had food on them, I’m like WTH…..THEN some of our food came. We didn’t get our food at the same time. Our four meals were delivered over a literal span of 15 minutes. Fries were Luke warm. Then my wife’s sandwich comes, the waitress drops the bun on the floor. The bun stayed right there on the floor the rest of our visit. But she did go get us another bun. We go for ketchup, we happened to have two bottles on our table but both completely empty. We alert the waitress again, she goes searching for one and brings us one with maybe 2 ounces in it 🤦🏻♂️…….we needed some refills BUT a photo op for three other guests with 4 hooters girls, including our waitress was more important. So I got my own refill. Then….the grand finale. She brings out my boneless wings and, they were raw. Thank GOD I didn’t eat it. I noticed the wings weren’t completely covered in sauce, they were poorly tossed…..so something told me to cut it open first. I got up and asked for the manager….I believe he said his name was Adam…..Adam spent the ENTIRE night fraternizing with the girls, not doing much work at all…..it was so evident to me that he was the reason the restaurant was so dysfunctional. Funny thing is, I hadn’t been to a hooters in at least five years…my daughter and I went to this same location two days earlier…we had a great meal, great service, everything was perfect. So we decided to return with the whole family. This was honestly the worst dining out experience I’ve ever had in...
Read moreThis is the most ridiculous to go experience I have ever had. We placed the order an hour ago and we are just sitting here waiting for the food still. The workers are all bad. I have gone up to check on the food multiple times and, the same cashier that cashed me out approached me and asked for our name and said we don’t have that order… she was the one who we payed with over 30 minutes prior. It looks like they are just now going to start making it. To top it off all the workers just hang around. A cook came out into the dining room and chugged a dos xx, then went back in the kitchen. Cooks are back there vaping while they are standing in circles talking with the manager.
Now for the food… when we finally got it and took it home. The gallon of Lemonade wasn’t full and it tasted like water. The fried pickles were soggy. They forgot the ranch. The wings were extremely small, like smallest I have ever seen, way overcooked, dry and crunchy. We also order the chocolate decadence mini and they decided to give us the cookies and cream mini instead because they were out of the one we ordered. They put it in the bag, I guess hoping we wouldn’t notice or care.
This was hands down the worst experience we have had at a restaurant. It blows my mind how bad it was. We love getting wings and this was our first time at Hooters and probably the last. After reading recent online reviews, I am disappointed in management not taking any action. It looks like this location has been...
Read moreWhat a horrible experience I encountered. I ordered pick up online and arrived at the time the email gave me. I go to the bar and give them my name. The bar tender, Kacie (not sure of the spelling) seems upset that she has to help another customer. After she looks up my order, she accuses me of already picking up the order...um no, I'm here picking it up now. Then she screams FUUUUUUUCK! goes to the kitchen and tells them to remake the order.
I waited an additional 30 minutes. I was never offered water or a soft drink. The manager didn't acknowledge what happened, even though he was fully aware. 20 minutes into waiting Kacie says, "they are making your order now, at least you'll have it fresh," and laughs...I'm thinking WTF! Why didn't they start when they were told. 10 minutes later she packs up our food. Never says sorry for her fault of giving out the wrong order.
I get home, my family starts eating and we realize IT IS NOT FRESH! Fries are cold and old, chicken is hard, and our chicken sliders do not even have sauce on them. I realize, it's our original order that she never gave away, sitting in back for 30 minutes.
I didn't bother calling the store. The manager on duty didn't care, so what was calling to complain going to do. I should of known it was going to be a horrible experience as soon as I walked in. The waitress in front looked at me, rolled her eyes, and ignored me. She did not even greet me. I will NEVER be back at...
