I must say the food was fabulous. However, I accidentally left my billfold in the ladies room. I realized it as soon as I reached my table. I immediately went back and didn’t find it. I reported it to one employee and management. It had not been turned in. So, I called my bank to cancel bank card and credit card. My friend decided to go recheck the ladies room while I was on the phone. An employee was digging in the trash can and left as my friend checked the stalls. As she went to return to the table she witnessed the employee going through my billfold and witnessed this employee remove my money. As she closed it and stepped out of the area towards the check out area my friend called out to her and said to her, “Is that my friends billfold?” And the employee said, “Yes, it is. I found it in the bathroom.” She handed it to my friend and she told me what happened. We went to my car to call the manager to avoid having employees hear the conversation. I relayed the events listed above. He took my name, said he would talk to the employee and call me back. He took my information. I told him I would not press charges if the employee returned the money. Well, I have not heard back from him. I trusted him to do his job. I will be contacting corporate office. Read moreI'm incredibly disappointed in pretty much every way with my experience this morning. Mostly so, with the indifference of the staff and management. The glasses and flatware were filthy(even after asking for new "clean" items from the manager, Terry, who couldn't care less about my concerns) I had to clean and polish my own glass and my mother's just to have something decent. Then there was no jam or butter for the bread bar and it took FOUR times of asking, for someone to come lazily throw half a dozen or so 1oz containers of day old jelly into the bin. And the food was sub par at best... I received a salad absolutely DRENCHED in dressing, actually sopping and when I went to have it replaced I was met with disdain, as if I had done something wrong. And to make it worse, every single customer around us also had issues varying from wrong orders, dirty plates, filthy tables, to late orders. Read moreI ordered Togo here one day about two weeks ago because I was on that side of town (normally I go to the one on Camp Bowie). I work in the service industry, so I always tip Togo, but they never gave me the chance. They were so rude and just rushed me out the door. The one on camp Bowie doesn't really offer me a way to tip either, but I have asked before and was able to. I'm not sure if it's because I'm young and they just assume, but the customer service is so terrible here (and I've been here a few times inside as well). I also had requested my food for pickup 45 minutes after when I placed the order. When I got there (yes, I arrived on time) it seemed like it had been there for a bit, but I gave the benefit of the doubt. I got home about 7 minutes later and my food was cold.
