Claire's — Local services in Fort Worth

I have to write a review because the young lady Melissa who pierced my 5 year old daughters ears was absolutely amazing & a God send! She has the patience of a saint. She took her time with my daughter who was very anxious about getting her ears pierced, we had gone the night before to another Claire’s & it was not a great experience & she left heartbroken that we did not get it done. We went to this particular Claire’s the next night & Melissa was so sweet & very professional. We got my daughters first ear done no problem, second one took over an hour to convince her to get it done, Melissa never got cranky or ugly with my little girl during the whole ordeal & we finally got the second one done! She deserves a raise & a medal for her patience, kindness, & professionalism. And to ALL the people waiting in line to go after her u guys rocked & restored my faith in humanity, u were so sweet & kind! We will never forget...

My daughter loves Claire’s so we had to stop and get her a few things. The shop was fairly organized but the customer service from the employee here was just horrible. There was no “Hi, Welcome” or “ Do you need help finding anything”. The employee was just doing her own thing without a care in the world. DO NOT GET YOUR EARS PIERCED HERE! I got my second and third holes done. They were not only extremely uneven in spacing, but they were poorly angled. I couldn't even wear an earring in the second hole without it getting tangled in the back with my first hole earring.. ended up taking them out because they looked so ridiculous. What a waste of money. The only attempt at making things right was to repierce them.. uhm.. no.....
