Today was the first time I ever purchased a camera . I am a person that really has no knowledge over photography or cameras in general the only camera I know how to use is the one on my phone. I am so grateful that Jordan the employee that helped me took the time to explain to me and give me options over different cameras I told her what I'm trying to do and if she can recommend anything that will be the best fit for me I couldn't be more happy with my experience the customer service was great I am so happy that Jordan helped me she was fantastic again she took the time with detail explain it to me she even set up camera for me in the best way that is going to help me . I'm so grateful for them I called the store after I made my purchase and I talked to a supervisor and I told her that her employee was literally the best one she made my day and I'm so grateful and I hope she gets praise for it because I walked in there not knowing anything and I walked out of there like a little kid out of the candy store . ššI was so happy because I had no guidance and this store & Jordan made it possible they will guide you they even have classes that I am going to sign up they give you different options you can even rent cameras and they have a lot of resources and I can't wait to use their print centers I am so thankful for Jordan helping me she made it super easy and I'm just so happy she literally made my day and I hope she gets to see this because without her help I would have given up pursuing photography of Animal Shelters around DFW and with her help I got even more motivation and again she literally made my day šš...

About 2 weeks later I got a call and they said it was expensive so I decided to not go through with the repair. But the process was super fast and easy. Thatās where the good experience ends. I told the nice lady on the phone to just send the lens to the address I gave them in the beginning. She said she would handle it and it was all good. Almost two months later I hadnāt seen my lens in the mail and got concerned. So I tried to call and email them but nothing worked so I then used instagram to contact them. They stated that I never picked up the phone and they called me 3 times in march. I did a search on my end and no phone call had come through during that period. They told me that a guy named Tristan called me and I didnāt answer and couldnāt leave a voicemail but I think that was a lie. Because I have a voicemail set up and no one has ever had a problem leaving one during that time period. They never tried to email me, never tried again to call me. Which was very frustrating. It ended up working out in the end but I would have loved it if they actually went through with sending my lens back rather than lying and stating that I didnāt answer when I did and they just lost track of it. Do better FW camera, you have lost my business. But thank you for the instagram responder that helped me figure it out. But Tristan, who ever you are, do better. Maybe actually call the customer and not lie about...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreExcellent service. Management is smart to have so many staff on hand. Gives them the ability to really focus on each guest making it an experience rather than a transaction. Everyone on the team stopped chatting on my arrival and greeted me. They kept an eye on me while I wandered around offering assistance but not being pushy. They did this with all guests. Natalie did a great job of finding me exactly what I wanted even though I wasn't able to fully verbalize it. She also found an accessory I hadn't been expecting and I'm delighted she presented it. It was definitely not something I would have discovered on my own. I had brought about $200 in filters to the counter. Instead of letting me walk with these, she helped me understand which kind I was looking for and to start with one for my main lens instead of buying for all of my indoor lenses too. Towards the end of my visit they got very busy and you could tell the staff really cared that anyone might feel they weren't being taken care of. They communicated with each other well and everyone jumped to attention. Any guest that didn't have someone assigned to them were still acknowledged and given an estimate of when they would be taken care of. If a quick answer could be given, it was showing great flexibility and confidence by the team. Hopefully the staff realizes guests can see and that guests do appreciate this rare level of care!
