Went here to get a screen protector put on my phone only for it to be the wrong one paid $16. and didn't even get a receipt. Got home for it to only come off was at Hulen Mall and went into Team Mobile and they took care of it and put the right screen protector on my phone they couldn't believe that this store put the wrong screen protector on but then again it didn't surprise them since I told them it only cost me $16 and some change. Will not be going back to this store again after I was out $16. and some change for the wrong screen protector and had to pay $39.99 for the right screen protector which cost me $55.99 that's with...

Best customer service I have received from any cellular store ever. Jennifer was top notch and very knowledgeable on what she does. She was able to help me out, even when it seemed as if my phone was broken beyond repair, Jennifer showed her perseverance. She was able to help me out all while training a new employee, and greeting and helping other customers. Definitely will come back to this metro for any other...
