Sons of Liberty is the first coffee shop I've tried in Ft. Worth but it compares nicely with the higher-end coffee establishments in Dallas. I'd need to try more of their offerings before I could say where it falls in the pecking order but this first visit made me want to return! I had the Liberty Latte, their signature drink, and it was delicious. Perfect hint of sweetness from their house-made simple syrup and it was evident that quality beans had been used for the espresso. Also had a breakfast taco which was quite good. Very soft tortilla (my favorite) and fantastic bacon. Additionally, they have very large amount of space, perfect for meetings, work, or studying. I saw at least one small group of people having what looked like a business meeting. Great natural lighting and modern decor.

Good coffee, cool vibe, friendly service. Was in town for work and found this place close to my hotel. Breakfast burritos were out, but I had their panini on recommendation from the barrista. It was delicious - light and crispy on the outside, with a full burst of flavor woth the chicken and sheese on the inside. Also tried their chocolate croissant. It was light and flaky with TWO sticks of chocolate inside. Very delicious. Had a regular coffee. I think this is the true measure of any coffee house. Drinks can be covered up with sugar and flavorings, but you should always have a good morning coffee. The coffee here is good. I really like it. Light, but flavorful and balanced. Not too rich or overpowering. Perfect cup to start your day. Highly recommend this place. Will be back.

I tried this coffee shop today with my husband and was thoroughly pleased with the experience. The barista was friendly and engaging, there was plentiful seating, and parking was free. The service was prompt and our food and drinks were hot and fresh. I got a white chocolate mocha latte and prosciutto grilled cheese panini and enjoyed both. The latte was flavorful but not overwhelmingly sweet which allowed for the flavor of the espresso to come through. My husband got the beef chimichurri empanada and pumpkin spice latte and enjoyed it as well. The only slight downside was the price as it was quite steep, however, such is to be expected in coffee shops these days. We will definitely be back in the future.

I was wanting to try something new today and this place looked promising. It has a great scene (except it gets super hot by the south facing windows but that's kinda expected), excellent workspace. I ordered their pour over and it was delicious with perfect texture. My issue is that I waited 25 minutes for it. I didn't get an apology until I changed the order from "for here" to "to go." Not too big a deal, but it still irritated me. The parking lot across the street (where I parked) had a time limit of 30 minutes. And maybe I could've gotten more parking time, but honestly the lot was completely full and I didn't want to be greedy. After 15 minutes since ordering, I walked up to the front and asked about it and he was honest and said it hadn't been started yet. I was told "2 more minutes" but I know pour over takes a little longer than that, so that's ok. But then it was 10 minutes more before I got it and honestly it just pissed me off. Unfortunately, that will be the feeling I have when I think of this place. They offered me free food, but I had breakfast before so I wasn't hungry. I probably would've accepted a return or a free coffee in the future, though. Could've just been the one case of the day that didn't nail every detail, and I'm ok with that. Their menu looked yummy, and as I said the pour over itself was really great. Might go back, might not. But I will probably tell other people to...

I've been coming here since they opened in 2017. I've always loved the atmosphere — lots of natural light, tons of places to plug in your laptop and work, tables that are bolted to the floor and thus don't wobble (pet peeve of mine), couches by the window to read, and incredible roasted-in-house coffee.

You can actually see them roast their beans in the shop (the machine is behind a glass wall), and when they run the roaster it makes the entire shop smell so warm and comforting. One of my favorite parts of the shop.

The atmosphere here literally makes me feel more productive. As an entrepreneur myself, I love being able to strike up random conversations with other professionals who happen to be hanging out. Excellent spontaneous networking happens all the time, and I've actually landed some client work just from the people I meet here.

The owner (Eder), manager (Emily) and the rest of the barista staff (especially Lauren, Marco, and Sarah) are all good friends of mine at this point. The shop is run by some of my favorite people in Fort Worth and because I feel such a great connection there, it's hard for me to switch up and work out of a different coffee shop.

Anyway. I've always loved this place and am just now getting around to writing this review. It's a very special...

I came here to meet up with a couple of people who chose the meet up place. I don't know anything about coffee and decided to try a couple of things. The Cortado is not very big in serving size which wasn't surprising since it's an espresso drink. It's served hot and very bitter so if that's your thing go for it. If you're not a fan of bitterness then you should get the liberty latte. I got it iced and it's a sweet milky drink for those who just like the slight flavor of coffee. The music is chill but the vibe seems very industrial like. I guess its supposed to be more modern and minimalist but the grey seems gloomy with the music. Only reason for 4 stars but definitely a solid place for studying. The worker wasn't rude and was quick but didn't offer much help for drink selection. I guess that's not his job though so I'm trying to help others who might need help with a...
