Chicken Salad Chick — Restaurant in Fort Worth

Insanely unprofessional manager! When I picked up my order, my side of chips were missing. So I called with this problem for a SIMPLE solution of a refund since I was already home. Instead of asking for my order number and coming up with an actual solution, the “manager” interrupted me all throughout explaining my problem just to tell me she “doesn’t know how to issue a refund”. The most asinine lie is for a manager to not know how to MANAGE a customer issue. She then put me on hold(for what, I don’t know) just to come back and say she still doesn’t know how to do her job. So I asked how is this problem going to be solved because it is not my fault that someone can’t pack an order properly and instead of helping, she found satisfaction in hanging the phone in my face like she’s the one that is inconvenienced. Normally I love this place but today I came in 20 min before close- keep in mind I've called in my order 30-40 min before close before and have had other customer service team members use better attitudes with me. Today I trusted walking in because my work schedule keeps me busy alot. Was my favorite soup of the day and all I needed was a quick chick and walk out. Not too much to ask.. I asked if they had anymore of one selection in the back and she responded " I mean... No .. we close in like fifteen min so I highly doubt it but I'll ask..." Tbh I was really put off completely forgot what I really wanted and felt uncomfortable enough to just pay for what I had in my hands and leave with no bag I felt like a big enough...

Wow, I can’t say enough about Jesse. He is so friendly when you walk in welcoming you and when you have questions about the different styles of chicken salad, he is so knowledgeable. I’ve been eating there for over a year and it seems like I’m always just a new customer he treats you so kind and considerate. I just love him and the rest of the staff is also very sweet but the impression that Jesse makes is that he cares that you as a customer are happy And knowledgeable about the different products in the store.
