Chicken Express — Restaurant in Fort Worth

Two months later update: Okay, the real question is why did I go back to the Chicken Express location on North Beach Street? Did I really expect it to of changed for the better? I could say my truck drove me there against my will, but I have to own up to my lack of judgement. This was the worst ever! My order was cold, the chicken tenders was mostly fried batter, my roll had a flat, my sweet tea was missing the tea and I didn't get the cream gravy. On the bright side, the straw was fine. What Was I Thinking?

Original review: This location on North Beach Street used to be my favorite, but maybe in the past year or so they have new owners or a new manager coz they have been steadily go downhill in service and quality of the food.

They don't seem to be a business that wants to make money or cares about their customers. It used to be a really nice place, but now I'd rather drive to the Basswood location.

They run out of food and won't make more, they mess up my orders and randomly close up to an hour early. The last time I was there they closed early after the car ahead of me ordered and never answered me through the speaker second later. An employee leaving walking by to his car said they were closed. THEY STOLE AND USED MY DEBIT CARD AT QT !!!!!

Me and my wife went to this chicken express to grab lunch and was never handed back our debit card. We realized hours later and as we got ready to head back to this location our

debt card

WAS USED AT A QT LOCATION IN NORTH RICHLAND HILLS.

Yes you heard me correctly our debit card was taken from this location but the workers and USED a few minutes up the road. THE EMPLOYEE or MANAGER actually tried to use it at the pump 1st and then proceeded inside TO PAY CREDIT!!!

UNBELIEVABLE RIGHT!!!!!!!!!! I KNOW

WE INSTANTLY SHUT THE CARD DOWN

AND WAS AFRAID THAT THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS WOULD BE SPENT.

WE SPOKE TO A MANAGER AND HE TOLD US NOTHING COULD BE DONE AND WE WERE VERY UPSET.

ALL OF A SUDDEN THE NEXT DAY THE CARD IS BACK IN THE SAFE WHICH MEANS THE MANAGER TIPPED OFF ONE OF HIS FELLOW CALUGES

WE ARE IN THE PROCESS OF MAKING A POLICE REPORT IN RICHLAND HILLS SO THAT WE CAN GET THE FOOTAGE FROM QT ASAP.

WE WANT TO MAKE SURE THIS HAPPENS TO NO ONE ELSE.

PLEASE WHEN GOING TO THIS LOCATION WATCH THEM CLOSELY.

MAKE SURE YOUR CARD NUMBERS ARE NOT BEING WRITTEN DOWN AND PLEASE DONT BE RUSHED AND LET THEM HAND YOU FOOD BEFORE GETTING...

so, my mother in law came to this location to order food thru the drivethru and after they ordered as they were waiting they see 2 girls (workers) just staring and laughing at her...not getting any work done or working on any orders.just playing around. at first she just ignored it but then minutes later she looks back over at the window as she is still waiting for their food, and these 2 girls are still starring and laughing ...making it so obvious that my MIL finally said "excuse me, is something funny?" and the one girl says "hold on let me get the manager" for what? anyway...he comes to the window and is no help whatsoever , moral of the story is that these girls are so immature that work there and this is what's wrong with today's society. some people's work ethic just sucks and whatever happened to customer service?
