I have never in my life left a review but I feel the need to warn others. I came in yesterday, two days before my anniversary, I’m trying to get my toes done and my eyebrows waxed. My pedicure was fairly ok except the technician continued to suggest the style I wanted wouldn’t look good. At the end of the day I’m paying for it and to not have a say in what you want is incorrect, if you don’t care about clients your in the wrong business and this is a perfect example of how people are money greedy and would rather perform services they are not qualified for just to make a quick buck. The waxing is where I left home crying. The nail tech who was doing my toes told me another tech would come over and finish the pedicure massage as she waxes my eyebrows. During the entire time I am hearing her and the other tech (a male) giggling and smirking. When I opened my eyes the male was trying very hard to compose himself but couldn’t help but continue to giggle the female tech very hesitant and slowly showed me the mirror and I told her I wanted them shaped up and NOT thin. When I looked in the mirror I wanted to cry. My eyebrows had a complete patch missing from my eyebrows. I am a licensed cosmetologist MYSELF and even in school I have never seen such a poor service. I complained and asked her what went wrong and why was my instructions not followed about not going thin her response was pitiful ā€œI don’t know , I can paint them or I can wax the rest so it will all be one thicknessā€ I asked how long would that last trying to refrain from tears considering my 9year anniversary is in 2 days again I got ā€œI don’t knowā€ I don’t understand how you have an employee in your building offering services and products she knows nothing about ? I politely declined as to remembering the laughing I almost felt sabotaged not trusting her to touch me again. Also why would I want you to thin down the brow to the mistake you made ! To make the experience correct they offered me a $6 discount. I am so disgusted and can’t believe a small business that’s what they chose to do to make this ā€œcorrectā€. I should’ve been refunded the full purchase. The fact that I paid with my hard earned money doesn’t sit right with me. The ā€œdiscountā€ was truly the most disrespectful thing. I am very hesitant to call TDLR on this place, as a LICENSED person I truly don’t think this lady who performed this service on me knew what she was doing at all. I want no services redone this is unfixable I want MY MONEY BACK !

They made me feel like it was not ok to choose something so simple. So the guy at the front desk comes & sits down & starts talking to the nail tech & they are going back & forth over prices, & he states she needs to charge me $45 instead of $35 because if all I asked for was acrylic nails & paint, that’s all I’m going to get! So sure enough I get the bill & they charged me for length. I didn’t get long nails. They are short! & the polish could have been painted better & my cuticles could have been cleaned up. I do not think my nails are worth what I paid for. But to talk about the customers in front of the customers & pick whatever prices you want is unprofessional. Not coming back here period. They made the vibe super uncomfortable. Shouldn’t I be allowed to pick what I want for myself without being talked about? Especially since I’m paying for it!!

Don’t go here, they price gouge and use mediocre product. Originally rated 1 star but changed it to 2 since my nail tech was so nice.

I have been going to this location for almost a year and normally it’s nice and friendly. I always visit Ann she does well and has good customer service. The reason for two stars isn’t because of her it’s actually from the last visit I had with Sky ( Ann is out of town) 😢and the so called management. So I called ahead as I normally would to set my appt once I was told Ann was out I instantly knew to just wait but who wants to wait right? So I asked for sky who also does a good job with my nails. Once I entered I was half greeted ( which never happens) then I was seated and wasn’t offered the books to pick my color. So once Sky comes he asked me to change seats which was fine but then he ask ā€œ me ā€œ the paying client to get it myself. First I’m like wth but whatever I will get it I picked my color once he is seated and starts with nails. He asked did he do my previous set then he says something to the nail tech sitting next to us and she just looks up at me like something is wrong. I ask is there a problem they change the subject ( not business professional) rude. So now my nails are being dipped and the color didn’t turn out the way i picked I let him know before continuing I don’t like the color. He says you picked it and I’m like I know and now I don’t and I wanted this maroon color which I said before he even started . Obviously he wasn’t listening BUT he did make the color I wanted I’m guessing from the look of my face that I was over this visit. I’m not sure what was going on this day but it made me not want to visit again especially while Ann is away. Oh and not to mention how my nail tech and the managers we gloating and mesmerizing over two young ladies who had really pretty and fancy sets done while not to mention still having clients in the chair. It’s like they treat you different when your ā€œ spendingā€ more money. I’m a loyal customer and spend just as much this visit just wasn’t the greatest and I’m disappointed in the service. I am the wife writing this review, not Dan. I was in a few weeks ago to get my nails done for a wedding. I rarely ever get my nails done because I'm so hard on them with my job. My friends suggested I try doing a dip. These guys had plenty of options for colors. I had so many compliments on my nails it was unbelievable! I felt bad because I accidentally smudged one of my nails twice before it dried and before I had the chance to leave. How embarassing! They took care of that smudged nail twice and were very nice and patient about it. It was my first time getting a dip. I liked how the dip made my nail seem stronger. I was able to grow my nails longer than usual because of that. My dip lasted 3 weeks before one nail decided to pop the color off like it was an acrylic nail. Again I am very hard on my nails. When I got back to my job I was surprised I was able to keep this color on for so long. This lasted longer than previous shellac jobs I've had. I really appreciated the cleanliness of this place. They used clean tools that didn't have a lot of previous people's nail dust on them but rather opened up clean ones from a package. I live in the cold climates and it was really nice that they were able to get rid of the damage winter has done to me so I could look good for my best friend's wedding. The only thing I wish I could change is to have them do the pedicure and manicure at separate times. It was extremely hard for me not to move when they were working on my feet since I'm very ticklish. I should've asked if they would've been willing to do that but I didn't want to be rude when they are busy. I would highly recommend going here to get your nails done.
