I purchased a pandora plated bracelet on 12/9/2024 and a set of charms. Before making the purchase I ask if i could later on purchase the warranty. They then tell me I can purchase it before 1/31/2025. As I am heading out of the mall I realized the associate had charged me incorrectly for 2 sets of charms. I return to the store and hand her my bag she looks into it and says she did charge me incorrectly I proceed to get a refund. Yesterday 1/19/2025 | walk into the store wearing my bracelet asking to buy the warranty. I ask if it covers discoloration and she tells me that the bracelet does not look like it is plated. She takes a look at my bracelet and calls over the lady that sold it to me. They then proceed to tell me that they gave me the incorrect braclet and that if I was comfortable returning it and switching it for a plated one. I then say I am not comfortable doing this. We proceed to have a discussion about it. Until one of the employee says that I couldn't leave the store unless I pay the difference or that she would call security and it would be considered as theft because she didn't know If I had taken it. The employee who sold it to me kept quite and didn't say anything knowing she had made not one but two mistakes with my purchases. By charging me incorrectly and giving the incorrect bracelet I was intimidated and forced to change my bracelet. I felt threatened and obligated to leave my bracelet. I felt ashamed of being called out in such a way knowing none of this was my fault or responsibility. I had to take responsibility for the employee mistakes and walk out the door levaing behind my braclet and taking another braclet not by my choice or convenience but by their convenience and choice. I truly feel horrible after all of this and hope to get contacted by someone to fix all of this horrible situation.

I had initially asked for my receipt to be emailed, as I waited for it come to come through (10 minutes) I received an email from pandora for care protection 29.99. The manager did NOT ask if I wanted to purchase this NEITHER did I ask for this to be added on. This was very unprofessional considering her position. Read moreThe store treated my wife very rudely and pretty much accused us of stealing a bracelet when it was them that gave her a wrong bracelet and when we came back to purchase the warranty they realized their mistake and tried successfully to intimidate us into giving the bracelet back even tho they started by asking if we were comfortable with getting another bracelet. When we told them we weren’t really comfortable they threatened to call the police and pursue legal action even though the ones who made the mistake was them. We were treated horribly and were very uncomfortable during the entire interaction. Safe to say we will never come back...
