Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Fort Worth

THIS LOCATION NEEDS TO STEP UP they are the worst location between the 3 in my surrounding areas - been going since opened to this spot - I drink Dutch bros basically daily from different locations.

1. GUM @noon 9/8/22: there was a pice of GUM on the lid of my drink like the lip where it heaps the cup, when the guy handed it to me and I didn’t notice till I was home because I was tired and did not inspect my drink

2. RUDE - NOT Dutch Bros Attitudes!!!: the current manager or whoever that fare skin, dark hair girl that has braces and usually wears a blue/black tie dye hoodie is RUDE - she was rude separate times to both myself 4 times and my mother once me as a witness (when it happen to my mom she commented about her under her breath to the person at the drive thru window who relayed the question my mom asked him)

3. QUALITY: now I understand the large has a different ratio than the medium but when I get the same drink every time at various locations and don’t have a problem till the tie-dye girl makes it THERES A PROBLEM AT THIS LOCATION TRAINING. I have barista experience so I totally understand it’s hard to keep consistency but if you follow the guidelines exactly just like the rest of the Dutch Bros you guys won’t have a problem. I have had clumbs of things I have had too much syrup I have had too little creamer and other coffee disappointments.

4. The Final Straw @7:35AM 1/2/22: This morning I came to get a Hazelnut Truffle Seasonal drink and to no surprise I am literally sipping syrup - it’s disgusting - and yes I have tried it somewhere else and I got a medium - no I did not tell anyone because the girl who took my order was a different girl than the one who brought my drink to the window and I didn’t want to look crazy because of previous times I did stick up for my purchase and the barista telling me they did what they were supposed to so now I have to drink this nasty version of coffee I tried to make it less gross but it’s just a mess at this point

I came here out of convenience alone because of Albertsons and but I will now be driving the additional distance to Ruff Snow location. I hope I am contacted regarding my experience’s because I truly have been understanding and givin this location many many tries to show me they are not below par however they continue to disappoint.

Update!! @11AM 11/2/22 My mom convinced me to go back and ask for a replacement & I continue to be THOROUGHLY DISAPPOINTED by behavior not only did the same girl with braces and fair skin act combative once again when I complained about the terrible tasting drink

The girl from this morning who helped me recognized me and Did Not acknowledge that fact that I was there again within the same 2 hour span even tho she had to help me again and was not friendly she did not even give me straw nor smile instead I am disappointed that I was put in an awkward position by this specific associates lack of customer service training and confirms I will not spend my time nor money finding bad customer service associates

11/13/22 Another...

Normally I dont write bad reviews i just go about my day and move on. However as a dutch bro regular ( yes I stop every day to get my coffee fix) my budget hates me. So I frequent the ruff snow location on the weekdays and this location on the weekends. The other location is amazing BTW. This morning I had a very rude girl take my order I ordered 3 drinks to bring to my sleepy family. We'll she was irritated from the getgo I was not rushing the order at all I was slow and to the point. The whole time rolling her eyes and then I go to order my 3rd drink and in a rude tone she said " give me a minute 😡😤🙄" at this point I am now nervous that my order was not going to be correct and I was right my order was completely wrong my drink was right but when I got home my husband and daughter both told me their drinks are wrong so down the drain they went. I live 5 miles away not to far but to far to drive back up for replacement drinks. So inconvenient. Shame on me for interrupting her day at her job to do her job I guess. I wouldn't have been so upset about the drink order being wrong if the girl hadn't treated me like I was some piece of trash on the bottom of her shoe. The girl had long dark hair in a pony tail and wide leg jeans and a woman's cut orange dutch bros shirt. Just incase yall want to try and address her behavior. The ruff snow location is only 1/2 a mile further the this one from my house definitely not going to return to the beach location again. The other store can get my generous tips and...

I frequent Dutch Bros, but was appalled at the service we got today. I usually mobile order then go through drive thru and have no issues. Today however, the drive thru was super long at 5pm on a Sunday and moved INCREDIBLY slow. It took over 25 minutes with only 3-4 cars ahead of us. When we finally reached the window since our mobile order hadn’t yet come out as it usually does, I pulled up and the two teenage girls working basically ignored me completely as they were making drinks that obviously weren’t ours. Sat at the window waiting for about 5 minutes, in that time neither employee even acknowledged me only avoided eye contact and took drinks to the three vehicles behind us. I finally spoke up and asked if they were going to be making our drinks soon and the girl very rudely looked up at me and said, “yours are in the back”, although I have no clue what that means or why they hadn’t been handed to me yet.

Usually Dutch Bros has amazing staff who are friendly and even if they are busy, they aren’t rude or completely ignore you. Likely won’t return to this location since there are two others within a short drive where I have always gotten good...
