Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Fortuna Foothills

Spent $52 for less than mediocre food. I was craving pizza hut because Nevada has amazing pizza at pizza hut. But to my surprise, Yuma, AZ pizza hut in the foothills has disappointed yet again probably management is mediocre and unconcerned with sending out product that is unsatisfactory for the name Pizza Hut. I got 2 large 3 topping stuff crust pizzas, and 32 chicken wings. Chicken was lukewarm, but had more than a couple that was undercooked and couple others were chicken-jerky (my family and I didn't feel safe eating anymore than those couple) even drenched in ranch dressing the chicken was disappointing. Not to mention I get charged for toppings, I would hope to get toppings they skimped and barely put any, as well as completely left out one topping altogether, both pizzas barely had cheese, one moreso than the other had the center of the pizza with a circle of burnt bread because there was no cheese in the middle. Stuffed crust was the best part, but still meh. Not to mention the apple pies, barely even warm-the pies could have been made hours ago and kept in a warmer and it would be hotter than what I received. Overall completely disappointed, with Yuma, Arizona foothills pizza hut location! But I do have to say that the last 3 times I ordered from pizza hut in the last two months from las vegas, NV when visiting family I was COMPLETELY SATISFIED with their product (and that's an...

The last 3 times I have ordered Pizza online from the Pizza Hut Yuma Foothills location I have issues with the delivery guys!! When you order online there is a section for “Special Instructions.” I SPECIFICALLY SAY “KNOCK ONLY” but the delivery guys ring the doorbell !!!! I have dogs and there is a REASON I SAY KNOCK ONLY !!! In addition, the last 2 times I have ordered both my pizza and breadsticks have been burned. This is completely unacceptable. Since I hardly carry cash on me I have to leave the delivery tip in my card so I can’t get that back... and today when I spoke to Nick he told me I didn’t have to leave the tip on the card. Really I think that is beside the point, I told him I don’t carry cash and I always give a good tip, the response was “who was the driver?” Well Nick do you really think I asked the drivers name? That would be a no since he told me he didn’t even look at the delivery instructions. But thanks to Nick he told me the drivers name Brandon!!! I most definitely will not be going to this location again. So thank you to Brandon for making my dogs once again an anxious mess for 20 minutes after you rang the doorbell because you can’t read simple instructions. And to Nick for not doing a damn thing. Never again. First had to send spaghetti & meat sauce back came Luke warm. Pzone was tough crust and could have been hotter. Asked for containers to take extra home. Given a pizza box to put spaghetti and sauce in....really. Waitress had to ask her manager and was told that was what they use. We asked for a take out salad container ....no those are for take out salad. Finally given an aluminum container for spaghetti but no top then inform again that was what they do. Really Pizza Hut you need to supply containers that a person can take home their extras in and supply tops so you don’t spill anything. I mean here you are leaving a restaurant with your pasta in a container without a top....
