Taco Bell — Restaurant in Fortuna Foothills

We used to frequent this Taco Bell for lunch at work and a breakfast here and there for my hubby and I. Won't be going back anytime soon. They have repeatedly messed up our orders over the last couple of months. The order that put us over the edge was a breakfast for my husband and I on our way to work. We had to tell them our order 3 times and they still gave us the wrong food. I dont digest beef or pork well and he is Lactose intolerant so we ordered 3 or 4 breakfast crunch wraps 2 with no meat and 2 with bacon, no cheese. Should be simple! We get to the window and for whatever reason he's not seeing the order, okay we tell him our order again. Then a lady comes over and asked us if we wanted bacon on the California wrap, because it comes with bacon. We never asked for a California wrap. I dont like pico, so we never even mentioned California. We told them no California wraps! We clarified we wanted 2 wraps with hashbrowns, eggs, and cheese. And 2 wraps with hashbrowns, egg, and bacon! Okay, we think everyone understands. We get our food, 2 California wraps and 2 without meat or cheese. Om still confused where they got California wraps from. Had to go back and ask for the right food, then the lady who made the wrong food gets and additude with us like it's our fault, we never said the word California, so why did they make 2...

Sad to have to give this such a low rating, since generally my orders from this location turn out with no real problems. But the quality of my food I got was poor. I ordered 2 Chalupa Craving boxes and 2 cheesy Chaulpas no lettice with extra sour cream on 6/24 around 10:45 pm at the drive thru, waitfor food, for what seems a reasonable amount of time for make sure the food is at least somewhat warm or even fresh. I get home and notice all of my food is cold, and felt like it had been not only barely warmed up, but like it had been sitting on a cold counter for already made. The hard tacos were soggy, the in hamburger in them looked and tasted like it had been sitting in a lukewarm container for over and hour. The 2 special Chalupas not only had lettuce on them but no extra sour cream, but still got charged for it. If I had gotten a receipt I would've just took a survey, but I paid with cash and never received one. I'm just glad we were hungry and could at least enjoy the room temperature 5...

I would really like to talk with the GM of this location I'm a truck driver an pull my truck on the side an walk up to place a older and was told that they do not take and I explained how can I be a walk up with my truck is sitting I was given the manager number and she also informed me that they would not take any truck drivers walking up today when do I feel very hurt and upset because we have to eat to then she tried to explain to me the reason why is for their safety four people walking up but I explained to her my truck is sitting right there he sees it so technically I'm not walking up but they still did not feed me and I left as a hungry truck driver which I'm hoping that whoever delivered a food which is going to be a truck I hope he or she take a little longer...
