Starbucks — Restaurant in Fortuna Foothills

I am so over this Starbucks On Fortuna every time I go there, they don’t make my drink correctly and The people at the drive-through window seem to always be confused, but today topped it off the deal on the app was every drink gets a free straw, and when I asked for my free straw for my other three drinks, they laughed in my face and told me no, I will never return to that Starbucks and everybody that I know will not return to that Starbucks . I called to speak to the manager because I felt like that was very unprofessional in the young lady on the phone said the manager was on vacation for two weeks and that she did not like the way I was speaking to her and that I could have a good day I was doing was asking for the manager because I didn’t appreciate to be laughed at the drive-through window over a silly straw. What is it costing them to give out a free straw, the app says free that means it doesn’t come out of their pocket. I paid for four drinks cost me over $20. You would think I could get a free straw for each of my drinks as the app says one straw per drink very very poor...

This Starbucks used to be amazing I I went there kindly asked the barista which of the two coffees had the dark caramel sauce in it and Marcy the barista told me read the label and I told her there is no label on it and she walked away and said well I didn’t make your drinks then I came back and asked for an extra shot of caramel and she told me I can’t hear you after that a lovely barista name Melanie took over and made my drink perfect and Marcy proceeded to dance behind the bar. One of the bathrooms was out of order and there were still crumbs and debris from the day before on the floors if you’re going to pay $4-$6 for a coffee it’s not just about the coffeeI it’s about the experience. I spent almost $30 for two people. Starbucks has really gone downhill as a whole and the coffee cups are paper thin and your drink is cold within five minutes . Visited relatives for Christmas in Phoenix and was driving back early in morning around 4am headed to work on 12-26. Stopped by several Starbucks along the way that said were open but not. Came across this location right off the highway and it was open. I ordered Peppermint Mocha add 2 shots extra hot no foam. Hubby ordered Cafe Misto substituted for steamed vanilla sweet cream half add 2 shots extra hot no foam. We waited for our order and let me tell you it was well worth the wait. The BEST special order SB request we have had in years no exaggeration! Hot, right amount of kick to it, no foam yes no foam, and syrup to mocha ratio on point.
