Panda Express — Restaurant in Fortuna Foothills

I understand this location is new, so I’m trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, but the wait times have been extremely long.

After my husband placed his order, he waited about 15–20 minutes. When he finally got to the window, they handed him the wrong food. He let them know, and they took it back, but then came back and asked if he had even paid yet. He said yes, he had. Then the manager came over and asked the same thing. (Mind you, they had just given him someone else’s order…which they wouldn’t do if he hadn’t paid.)

The manager said they couldn’t give him the correct food unless he showed a receipt. So now he’s scrambling to pull up the charge on his phone and dig through the car for a paper receipt, just to prove he paid for a meal they already almost handed him.

If you are on half hour lunch DO NOT go to this panda drive through! 20 min wait been here 3 other times and it was 20 minutes minimum in drive thru. Didn’t even receive my fork, sauce or receipt. Panda park your 20 min customers, my god. I wasn’t going to complain but they been trained enough and get paid better then almost most if not all fast food employees in Yuma so Do better. Was nice at first till she saw my debit card photo that had a political figure. I guess she didn't like that after looking at it a couple of times. Then, when she was trying to give my food, she was hesitant, like she wasn't sure if she wanted to hand it to me because something was done to it. I'm not sure what the butt of the cabbage was doing on my plate after ordering super greens, but I normally throw it in the trash, not serving it...
