What an incredible experience! I first learned of permanent cosmetics in 1999 and have been considerining it since. I was intrigued but concerned. My special considerations: I have no other tattoos nor any desire to acquire any. I've extensive nerve damage to my face which causes me constant discomfort. My skull was caved in and flesh ripped off. Four months prior to the procedure, I had shingles which intensified and furthered the nerve damage in my face and makes my skin hypersensitive. I'm so glad I waited until now to have this work done. 1. Lizz is truly an artist. During our initial visit, she watched my face, looked into my eyes, made herself a student of all that is me and designed my cosmetics to be perfectly colored for me and beautifully applied. 2. The techniques, pigments, and tools that are commonly used now are infinitely better than they were 30 years ago. If you've been considering permanent cosmetics, now is the time, Allure is the place, and Lizz Rivera IS is the artist. Does it hurt? Mostly, no. The eye liner hurt a little and, yes, I'd do it again for these results. Did I feel it? Yes, and it was reassuring because I could feel the fine "brush strokes" and knew what Lizz was doing. I didn't have to wonder in what area she was working. Could I go in public afterward? Yes. I had no swelling, no redness, and no scabbing. I had invisible bruising near one lash line and by day three it was gone. Lizz's technique and tools did not irritate or inflame my condition at all. I highly recommend her. Lizz is simply the BEST at microblading my eyebrows! I'm so glad I found her.
