Absolutely delightful, delicious, delectable! Love this farmer's market! It's a fairly large one with lots of vendors and lots of choice. Practically every veggie or fruit is on offer depending on season. There are also bread vendors, pastry, and actual food, including BBQ, roasted chicken, Japanese and others. There is a honey vendo, fish, meat, & egg vendor as well to round out your choices of purchases for the home cooking. There are usually pony rides for small children. Farmers City Market (FCM) at the Forster City, Bay Area of SFO, California is one of the bests, to shop Vegitables, Furits, Bread etc. The market provides the best and fresh stuff, may the rates are bit more, but given the quality of the stuff and long shelf life, that is also well justified. The free samples of fruits given liberally is amazing and get almost everyone, voluntarily into the trap of buying. I like coming here in the winter for the blood oranges. But today I even sampled some super sweet cara cara oranges that were the best oranges I've ever had. In general this is a good place to get local produce, from fruits and vegetables to Rhode Island hen eggs. There are also some stalls selling baked goods, hummus, etc. The guy who sells udon is legit. Very good udon texture. I tried the chicken teriyaki udon which does not come with the broth, and although the udon was perfect, the teriyaki flavor was not very strong. Next time I'll try...
