Excellent Venue for Any Event - Highly Recommend! I recently rented this space for a birthday party, and the experience from start to finish was absolutely positive. I would not hesitate to rent this venue again for future events and highly recommend it to everyone! Highlights of the Venue The space itself is incredibly versatile and well-equipped. Some of the features that made our party a success include: Design & Comfort: The open layout made it easy to socialize and decorate. The good natural lighting combined with the built-in lighting created a warm and inviting atmosphere. Amenities: We greatly appreciated the easy access to the kitchen, which included an oven, microwave, and a large refrigerator. The clean and accessible restroom was also a plus. There is ample of parking available for guests. Equipment: The availability of tables and chairs meant less hassle for set-up. The projector and audio system were ready to use and enhanced our celebration. Seamless Experience & Staff Booking and coordination were incredibly easy. The staff was responsive and helpful throughout the process. A special shout-out to the owner, who was an absolute delight to speak to—their excellent service made all the difference! Location The venue's location is a major benefit, offering easy access from both 92 and 101, making it convenient for all of our guests. Area for Improvement The only minor hiccup we encountered was with the A/V setup. We were unable to stream audio through the presentation we were projecting. It wasn't clear if the audio system and the projector are fully integrated, so checking on the audio-visual connection for projected content might be helpful for future renters. My family had an absolute blast doing a painting party at Netra Art Studio/Canvas and Cafe! We couldn’t have found a better activity or a better arrangement to host a family birthday party for my sister’s 50th. (There were nine of us, spanning three generations). They kindly provided snacks and drinks, and we were able to supplement with our own charcuterie board, cupcakes and flowers for my sister’s birthday.

Deepa was very responsive, helpful and accommodating when it came to planning and scheduling, since we had a lot of logistics to figure out. It was also short notice, so we were lucky to find her, and very fortunate that she had an opening for us! And, different than other painting parties I’ve been to, we were able to choose what we painted, and what we painted on!

Our extremely talented and wonderful instructor, Matt, was a fabulous painting guide and so patient with us! He gave us assistance whenever needed, and allowed extra time to finish since some of us were faster than others. We also ended up spending far more time socializing than I expected; it was just such a wonderful environment to hang out in! My family is a casual bunch, ranging in age from 12 to 81, with varying artistic abilities and painting speeds, and Matt was a perfect fit for us. He even helped my nephew with an architecture project he was working on, which we were so appreciative of. We also very much enjoyed his sweet little pup. :)

Netra center for arts and culture indeed deserves more than 5 stars. I am pleased to know Ms Deepa Menon Ma'am and learn bharatnatyam from her. She is an amazing artist, with sound knowledge of Various classical dance forms. She is friendly, fun loving, energetic, professional and disciplined.

She has her own TV show "Artist Today" air every Saturday at 12pm on KTSF26 channel. Which is must watch!

I got lucky to see her live performance recently and I don't have enough words to describe how amazing it was.

As a beginner I had zero knowledge of classical dance. But she made sure that I should get right understanding about posture and steps. Which is more important to get correct basics of any dance form.
