JRR Shop is a fraud. They misrepresent themselves and will tell you anything to make a sale. THEY WILL NOT backup their word on what they've said in the selling process. They continue to lie when challenged. They've scammed over $160 from me over a SONAR product which they said could be upgraded. Fact is it can't be upgraded from the SONAR product that was and is installed and registered on my machine. DON'T DO BUSINESS with these people. They need to be out riding their bikes as depicted in their write-up about how JRR Music Shop was born. That's BS for sure. I have a PayPal claim against these scam artists right now. Also, I'm in the process of complaining to the Internet Crime Complain center. They must be stopped. Truly, this is a case of BUYER BEWARE. Don't trust these people ... ... Well, good news is they just refunded my money. Perhaps they are well intentioned but lack the experience in good selling and customer service practices. Certainly, they...

I will update when I hear back from them, but I'm confident giving them 5 stars right now considering my experience with them so far...
Read moreThis is the shop that sells the Tone Bakery line of amps found on Reverb. The price and features seemed good, so I ordered one. Unfortunately, the build quality is absolute garbage, and a reflection of the owner, Eric Dahlberg, who tried to give me a partial refund even though I received an amp with damaged Tolex, loose/missing screws and bolts, and even the wrong transformers (I paid extra for ClassicTones). Luckily, Reverb came through and I was able to get a full refund. I would avoid this place and spend a little extra money to get an amp from a reputable builder, or at least one who isn't dishonest. Don't make the same...
