Sent an email at 745 am this morning to schedule an appointment. Within 30 minutes I had a reply and within an hour recieved a call from owner Marc. He said he’d be by around 10:30 to assess the root cause of the noise in my stove/range exhaust venting. What I thought was a bird or bat making all the noise for the last 2 sleepless nights, was actually a huge Pack Rat. Marc removed it with his hands, petted it and took it out to his truck to a cage. He said the pack rat was still alive but very dehydrated and would need to be nursed back to health, before it could be relocated. He not only removed the pack rat from the venting behind the microwave (which had to be completely removed and reinstalled), but he also made sure all areas were secure to prevent any future visitors. Marc was so friendly and professional throughout the whole process. He definitely went it out of his way to resolve the issue. We knew he was going to be a super nice guy the minute he walked through the door. He was greeted by my very friendly dogs, and instead of shooing them away, he got down on the floor to say hi, and let them lick him all over the face. You can tell he has a genuine concern and love for animals. The cost was also very very reasonable for the amount of work put in to locating the critter and securing areas. Mark is truly a hero! When I found myself in an absolute panic after discovering a skunk had wandered into my home, I wasn’t sure how I’d ever escape a disaster. The fear of that dreaded spray ruining not just my house but my sanity was overwhelming. Then came Mark. Emergency 24/7 hero Mark!

With calm, compassion, and expertise, Mark carefully and gently trapped the skunk—an animal that could have easily caused chaos. My wife and I can't say enough about Marc and Arizona Animal Experts. After calling our contracted pest control company and several others as well and being told that there was nothing they could do until Tuesday at the earliest, we contacted Marc Hammond at Arizona Animal Experts. Marc came out on a late Saturday afternoon and helped us solve what we thought was a trapped bat in our ductwork. We were really worried about the poor animal and its safety. After sleuthing through exhaust vents, behind walls, and even between the roof and the narrow ceiling air space, Marc caught a glimpse of a small bird at the bottom curve of an exhaust tube. This, by the way, was being done chiefly up on our roof in 108-degree temperatures over the course of several hours. Bottom line? Marc and company gave up a Saturday afternoon to work in terrible conditions to help us try to save a tiny bird. He even contacted us as a follow-up the next morning to make sure we were okay and if we needed any help to put things back in order.
