The service was fantastic quick and the food was delicious with that said I asked for a side of mayonnaise and I was handed prepackaged mayonnaise. I’m not a fan of this product so I asked the girl can I please have the mayonnaise that they use for sandwiches, like if she could use use in a little cup to go, which I could see the little plastic ramekins sitting on the counter with the lids And she said no I can’t do that the last time I did that the owner yelled at me and I said I’m sorry can you please repeat that and she said we’re not allowed to do that the owner yelled at me for doing it I responded. It’s not OK for anybody to yell at you in your place of work. As an owner, you should be ashamed of yourself for yelling at a young girl who is probably working for minimum wage making sandwiches to pad your bank account. I won’t be back to this location and I’m going to find out who the franchise owner is and I’m going to make sure that I don’t go to any of the locations that he owns! I've ordered from fire house for years.. I've also traveled thru many states and are at firehouse however this firehouse has been the rudest I've delt with ! I've ordered online mainly since moving to Tucson however it doesn't give me the option to add sorencon sauce ! I've even called after placing my $60 orders each time to ask them nicely to please please place the sauce in my bag ! They would assure me each time it would however my sandwiches would be wrong and sauce is never in bag!!!! Tonight after receiving the 4th order with no sauce I went up there just to get the sauce myself and of course they had an attitude about it! My thing is this if you aren't gonna do something make it be known however don't lie and purposely not put sauce in a customers order over and over again especially when they spend $69 3 times a week at your location!
