I’d like to share my experience with this dealership in hopes it helps others avoid unnecessary inconvenience during their purchase process.
I flew from Miami specifically to see a 2023 Aston Martin DBX with 17,000 miles. Nothing in my conversation with the salesman, Lawrence Lueck, suggested the car would be in such poor condition - quite the opposite. I was assured that any imperfections would be addressed before the car was listed for sale.
Unfortunately, that was far from the truth. The dealership knew I was coming and had my flight details four days in advance, yet they didn’t even bother to wash the car before my arrival. When I asked why, Lawrence replied, “We’re not going to clean it because we don’t know if you’re going to buy it.” This, despite the fact that they had already submitted and received approval for my credit application.
The car itself was in disappointing condition: a large dent on the rear door and scratches or scuffs on nearly every panel. Clearly, they don’t fix “every imperfection” before listing a car for sale. During the test drive, I noticed the car pulled to one side, indicating it needed an alignment - even though I was told over the phone that the vehicle had been fully serviced. I asked to see the service records, but Lawrence couldn’t provide a single document.
Despite the car’s condition, I was told they’d repair the dent and other issues and follow up with me. No one ever did. I reached out once myself and was told they were still working on it, but I never received an update once the work was supposedly completed.
I ended up wasting 24 hours of my time without so much as an apology- just empty promises. In my honest opinion, this level of service is unprofessional and unworthy of a brand like...
Read moreI own a 2006 DB 9 with 26,000 miles. I decided to sell the car.
A potential buyer ordered a PPI from AM in Denver. He was told by the mechanic that the car needed a new clutch (without knowing the clutch was replaced at another Aston Martin Dealer when she had 21K Miles).
When told AND presented with the paperwork, the clutch was replaced at 20K miles from another Aston Martin Dealership on the East coast. The buyer contacted the Service Department in Denver and tried to speak to the mechanic. The mechanic said he would NOT discuss anything over the phone.
When this potential buyer spoke to the service manager, he said he didn't know what happened, but when he drove it, it was fine.
I did more research. The AM Service Technician for Aston Martin Denver has only been servicing Aston Martin for less than 3 years. Before working on the Aston Martin, this technician was doing work on Infinity and Nissan. Likely: This person has not driven a pre-2009 Manual Aston Martin. As we all know, an Aston Martin is NOT NISSAN, nor expect the clutch to feel like a NISSAN. Could you trust your AM to a person with this background?
I have owned Triumph, Lotus, Jag and Aston Martin. I am not a mechanic, but I am certain that I know more about British Exotic than this so-call mechanic.
These guys are giving out erroneous information to benefit their pocket book, and to take advantage of people who don't have a deep understanding of...
Read moreI recently had the pleasure of working with Gianna at Mike Ward Aston Martin after my car was totaled, and I can't say enough about how incredible she was throughout the entire process. From the moment I walked in, Gianna’s professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care made what could have been a stressful situation feel so much easier. She guided me through every step with patience and expertise, making me feel confident and comfortable with my purchase.
Beth in the finance department was equally fantastic. She took the time to carefully explain all the details, ensuring I fully understood everything before moving forward. Her thoroughness and approachable manner made the experience seamless.
I would wholeheartedly recommend Gianna, Beth, and the entire team at Mike Ward to anyone I care about. Their commitment to exceptional service truly...
