Had the amazing opportunity to work with Ky, our tour guide at Epic 4x4 Adventures in Moab. Our family went in July because of the kid's school schedule. We've never been, and we only stayed for 2 days in our RV, so we tried to fit in what we could, before heading back to reality. When we called, there were a few tours to choose from, and we decided to go with a 4-seater buggy; this allowed our son who's 17 to get behind the wheel and drive. We all showed up ahead of schedule and were greeted by the Adventures team. Everyone was super helpful and even helped our 14-year-old daughter get buckled in for her safety. Ky, our tour guide, led us to a beginners track and let us drive around and get use to the feel of the ATV (excellent idea and really helped out). After that, we went over to a track called "hells revenge." You do some crazy rock crawling and drive thru ravines, large dips, curves and steep angles that were pretty exciting and heart pounding. Ky kept us all informed and communicated with all of us via headsets and PTT (push to talk) communications at all times which made the ride much more enjoyable and very safe for the drivers. We made short pit stops along the way, snacks and water provided. I would highly recommend the "sunset" tour" as well. The 3.5-hour tour was perfect, and it met all of our expectations and then some. Ky was fantastic and would highly recommend her and her team. Ky is like a walking encyclopedia of knowledge and could answer all of our questions at any given time and shared some very interesting facts about the land and the pre-historic times, which was fascinating to listen to. These are the pictures of our family, this is our very first time to Moab and our very first time riding these ATV's. If we can do...
Read moreI bet you are sitting on your phone or computer looking through reviews to decide what tour you want to book for you, your family or friends. Well look no further because this is your tour company! We started our day by meeting the company at their office location, which is not an indoor hard standing building location it’s more like a parking lot with shipping containers (so don’t miss your turn like we did lol) but they do have few porta potties that were truly the cleanest I have ever used (and that’s saying something in 100+ degree weather in July). We met our guide ~10/15m prior to our tour starting to get our safety equipment (use the goggles and not your sun glasses you’ll thank me on the sandy areas) and have a quick rundown of the UTVs and communication system we would be using for the day. After that we head out and quickly started hitting trails and tackling obstacles. Our guide Cole did an excellent job at coaching us through our obstacles, telling us light history of the area and making sure we all had ice cold water at all times. Cole also took so many photos for us and he also took videos of each party going through the most challenging challenges on our trails and sent it out to everyone after the tour was over! We also got a snack at one of our stops (powdered donuts, slim Jim and chips). Our UTVs were set up FAR BETTER then any other tour we on the trail that day! Overall we had one hell of a time and thought it was well...

My guide, Ronny, was exceptional in every way. From the moment we started, Ronny’s professionalism and respectfulness stood out. He ensured that I felt comfortable and safe throughout the tour. His extensive knowledge of the trail and the surrounding area added immense value to my experience. The Poison Spider Trail itself is a perfect blend of thrilling off-road challenges and breathtaking scenery. The views from the mesa were absolutely stunning, with panoramic vistas of Moab and the La Sal Mountains. The trail offered a variety of terrains, from slickrock to sandy washes, providing an exciting and dynamic ride. Ronny’s expertise in navigating the trail was evident, and his passion for the area was contagious. He took the time to point out interesting landmarks along the way. His friendly demeanor and engaging storytelling made the tour even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for an adventurous and informative experience in Moab.
