Frenzi — Local services in Four Corners States

My daughter and I went to Frenzi on February 15th to get a formal dress for a work event. It started out great, and the ladies were helpful and kind. The dress needed to be altered, so my daughter paid an additional $90 to have the dress shortened. She needed the dress back in 6 days, and we were assured there would be no problem getting it back by the 21st. No one called on the 21st to tell us it was done, so my daughter called Frenzi only to find out that the saleslady had written the wrong date on the ticket and it wouldn't be done until the 28th. She told my daughter that this date was on the pick-up ticket. However, the receipt was stapled on top of the ticket so we couldn't see the date. We told the lady multiple times that we needed the dress the following Friday...in 6 days. Frenzi took no responsibility in this mistake and made my daughter pay an additional $30 for gas money so the seamstress could deliver the dress to the store on the 21st. She was rude and accepted no responsibility even though we made it perfectly clear multiple times when we needed the dress. A good experience was turned into a negative one because the woman at Frenzi could not admit SHE made a mistake. After spending almost $400, we will never return...

I can’t recommend this store enough. I recently had a very stressful situation where I needed to change my dress for a special event with 3 days notice. I had to avoid certain colors and Ronni was extremely kind and helpful while assisting me and even helped me find a dress that didn’t need to be altered. This store is definitely a one-stop shop. You can buy formal or more casual dresses, jewelry, shoes, purses, and many other things for special events.

I also wanted to add that a lot of the dresses at this store seemed higher quality than most stores I’ve been to with similar dresses. No one believed me when I said I found this dress the day before the event! This should have been a lot more stressful than it was, but Frenzi...

This place pops up twice on Google, but their one in the same. While this one has most of the good reviews. The other mainly includes their misgivings, such as lieing about doing alterations, not disclosing all sales are final, even if the dress already ruined, and customer service that may give you a panic attack. The dresses are pretty yes, and they are 'cheap'. The employees however, have some how flailed to realize most people dress shop with their friends not their parents and have alienated MANY customers by being belligerent and unbelievably rude.
