419 smoke shop (East) — Local services in Four Corners

Today is October 5, 2024. I’ve been going to this smoke shop for years however today was a disappointment? The vibe was completely gone the guys that used to work here before had this location feel very homey welcoming . They would help out and very knowledgeable. I did not get that today. I actually ended up leaving without even making a purchase when I’ve dropped thousands of dollars in this location in the past. I didn’t even live close to it, but I would make the drive because of how welcomed I felt here . I no longer feel that ,so as sad as it is, I’m not ever going to this 419 shop and most likely none of the others ever again I have never felt that uncomfortable in my life at a smoke shop like I did just now

What a shame I have always recommended for anyone that I know to go to the this smoke shop. I would tell them about how wonderful the staff was and how knowledgeable and helpful they were. They would actually take the time with you even if they had other customers they would help everyone out you never felt rushed or pushed away. It felt that they cared about what they did ; what they sold . When my family came up to Central Florida, one of first thing I would do with my siblings was take them over here, clear this will no longer happen. Wish I would have gotten one of their contact info they were such wonderful guys definitely going to miss them I’m not sure if others think or feel like me there could be millions of smoke shops but it’s not the smoke shop itself that makes the shop. It’s the people that work there that is what makes customers continue to go. What makes them repeat customers this store has sadly lost that vibe That welcoming feel good. Happy vibe. I don’t know how else to explain it. It just felt welcoming which made you want to come back. It’s 100 percent not there anymore 😢

I had been a loyal customer for 3 years as well as my family but from my last experience i will not be going there anymore. I went there to buy a vape, i was given the wrong flavor, and when i realized it was the wrong flavor they had already opened it. I'm guessing the flavor i wanted was in the wrong box, the guy who helped me was super nice but it wasn't my fault since they opened it for me. I quickly realized when i got to the car, came back in and one of the guy's (usually has a hat on and longish hair) gave me the NASTIEST attitude about it and looked like he hated me for something that was the employees fault? He told me he could maybe give me a discount and was gonna see what he "could do for me" but I had just paid for a brand new vape??? He ended up going to the back and giving me the flavor i wanted FULLY open, i didn't even know if the vape was good or not or actually brand new since it was not open in front of me. Not sure whats happening with management at this store but that was a mess, never had an experience like this. Will...
