Did you know Pizza Hut started out as a pizza restaurant in 1958, literally creating a category from the root down. With great food and services. Like serving the first slice, saying thanks and blah blah blah well guess what I don't think I'll ever forget considering I've been on hold for 30+ mins with that message played on a continuous stream and an occasional answer from this store that seems to not know how to fix my issue. I ordered my food online, it had been an hour and a half and nothing. I contacted them to see what may have happened. Talked to a man named Noel who was respectful but after explaining that something happened to the order through the website, where at this point he couldn't find it, he didn't know what to do at all and we had a couple moments of silence, he then puts me on hold while I'm assuming he is looking at the screen and thinking of what to do, takes me off hold then says he's going to talk to his manager, once again put on hold. A lady came on, forgot her name unfortunately but I assumed she was the manager and informed me that somehow my order was cancelled. She asked me for the name of my complex and phone number and put me on hold. AND IM STILL ON FREAKING HOLD WHILE IM WRITING THIS! I've never worked at a Pizza Hut or any other pizza chain, so maybe I don't understand the complexities of it all from whatever perspective they seem to be having with this problem with, and no disrespect to them at all but this shouldn't be this hard. This is just sending out my order that I ALREADY PAID FOR, as far as I know yes they had my money I paid with my card. I ordered it at 8:09, called to resolve the issue at 9:30, it's 10:14 and I'm STILL. ON. HOLD. I'm giving two stars cause at the very least the employees weren't blatantly rude, in fact they were very respectful and apologetic. Noel and, I'm really sorry but I forgot the girls name, but like i said I believe she was the manager. Noel should know if the store needs to find out. (Update during typing) She was the most apologetic and finally said my order was going to be on the way and in my hands in 30-40 min, as of now that'll be at 11:00pm give or take, and took care of the bill. I told her while I was upset about the whole experience at the very least her and Noel were nice, and while I would voice my reaction to the whole thing they shouldn't be to blame in most part and apologized if they did.
(Another Update as of 11:20) Hey you thought this was over well too bad sit back, relax and enjoy that pizza you won't have till tomorrow WE GOT PART II!!! WUBBA LUBBA DUB DUB So... after receiving my pizza 3 HOURS AFTER my initial order, they mixed my order of wings, the guy is going back to the store to get them and I'm.....im just tired......and a little depressed

   Read moreI called to place an order at 6:19pm for a cheese pizza, plain as can be. Was told 15 minutes for pick up and the total was $11-and-change. Left the hotel and hit traffic so I got her after the original wait time. Came in to carry out counter and services by Jada. She told me my order isn't in the system and it may have been the other Pizza Hut down the street. I didn't argue because I left my phone in the car. So I go out to get my phone, double checked the number I called and location - it was most definitely this one. I came back in to wait in line and was services again by Jada. I showed her the Google info I originally pulled up for the order and she confirmed it was their location but my order isn't in the system. She said it probably went into the call center. I told her it's frustrating because I called to order a simple pizza for my kids, the male I spoke to on the phone confirmed my info because I've ordered numerous times through Pizza Hut, and got a confirmation yet my order isn't in the system?! Jada had nothing to say other than its not in their system and that it probably went to the call center. I pulled up the phone number and asked if this was their direct number and she said yes but that maybe it went to the call center. Again no resolution was offered. I told her well I guess I'll have to reorder my pizza because I have kids to feed. Put in my order and was told my total is $14-and-change! More than what I was originally told. Jada was able to reduce the total due but am completely dissatisfyied from this experience. I work in customer service and understand call centers taking calls when you're not able to answer phones - if that's the case then you should consult with the call center to ensure your customers are taken care of and have your team members learn the trade of customer service, empathy, and offering resolutions to situations. As I'm sitting here writing this review, another member is helping a customer and told them "the call center isn't the smartest." I find it unacceptable for Pizza Hut to operate at this level of customer service, not fulfill orders, and continue to "down talk" companies they partner with to help deliver their service. I hope they resolve this issue so no other customer has to sit here, wait on a pizza that should have been done, and have hungry children...
   Read moreI called the store and asked to place a delivery order after being on hold for 10 minutes. The guy on the phone tells me that this store does not deliver to my address. I decided to place the order online and once it processed, it said that the store had received my order and they would start making it. I call the store back confused to find out why the guy lied to me and to ask for blue cheese dressing for my wings because it didnât give me the option online to get some. After I call the number, a man in the call center answers and I start explaining the current situation, he cuts me off half sentence and puts me on hold without saying a word. Rude and unprofessional, but thatâs not the worst part. I spoke with store manager, Lisa and told her everything and she said that the delivery guy had already left with my order (I was on hold for 20-25 minutes before getting a hold of her), but that he should have our sauces, if not sheâll send him back out. Jon Brown, the delivery guy, shows up with my food and I asked if he brought the sauces for my wings. He said âNo, it does come with any sauce. You have to pay for them separate.â I told him that manager Lisa said otherwise and that I should have sauces and he responds with âWell my manager Lisa is gonna get fired any day know because she doesnât know anythingâ and walked away. Not only were my kids nearby and heard him, but that was completely unprofessional and out of line. I called the store back furious and spoke to the manager about the entire situation and she told me that Jon the delivery guy returned to the store and he said it was not worth it to go back out to deliver my missing sauces. Lisa the manager was incredibly apologetic after I told him everything that had happened, including the uncalled for comment that the delivery guy made to a customer about his supervisor. Not so sure what kind of business they are running, but Jon Brown has to be terminated. In no way whatsoever was any of that acceptable behavior. I had to make sure to grab his full name from the manager because I have NEVER experienced anything like that. Rest assured, I will never be ordering delivery from this Pizza Hut or any Pizza Hut due to all that mess and all the time I wasted on hold...
