Subway — Restaurant in Florida

recently bought a footlong roast beef sandwich, and I was completely disappointed. The sandwich came with only two very thin slices of roast beef, and the rest was basically just bread. It was nothing like what I expected or what the pictures show.

Feeling frustrated, I went back to the store to ask about it. The staff member told me that it’s their official policy to only put two slices of roast beef in a footlong. I even showed him my sub and how empty the sandwich looked and asked him to compare it to the pictures on the menu, and he simply said, “The pictures aren’t the reality.”

I honestly can't believe a sandwich called "roast beef" could have so little actual meat. It felt misleading and like a waste of money. I won’t be ordering that again, and I’d recommend others avoid it unless the store changes their portioning. Definitely not what I expected from a place that promotes fresh and...

I visit this subway often as it is the closest to my apartment and I can’t think of a time that I didn’t wait under 10 min to even order. The employees work like they don’t have guests. Very slow, and terrible customer service. There should never be one worker, it’s very inefficient and slows everything up. Subway is supposed to be quick service. My bread was dry, hard, and burnt on the outside and the lady just assured us that it was soft inside and didn’t even offer a different loaf. My sandwich was terrible.
