Brows Spa Nail and Beauty — Local services in Four Corners

I had a wonderful experience at the Brows Spa Nail and Beauty located at the Regal Palms Resort. Upon my arrival to the resort, I had broken a nail in transit as I had been traveling for a while already and I was able to get in the next day and get my nail fixed along with another nail that loosened up, I regularly wear acrylic nails w/ tips and I use gel and this spa had everything I needed (not to mention, beautiful decor!), and the nail technician (I didn’t catch her name) was excellent in helping me match colors and listening to my ideas about how to make the nail design work despite my broken nails. She did a wonderful job fixing everything! I also made an appointment for a massage later in the day. I was late returning because of the traffic back from Legoland, which was my previous commitment. And the spa owner stayed and welcome to me and still gave me my massage, which was wonderfuuullllll!!!!!! I originally thought I wanted a therapeutic massage, but she offered a timeslot for a relaxing one instead, and I took it. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I was asleep before I knew it, lol! This single mom, traveling with her son, appreciated being taken care of so warmly and generously by the spa owner and her staff. I highly recommend you take advantage of their services, as this is the kind of energy you want to be around when you’re trying to relax and enjoy yourself on vacation. This place was awful. Booked multiple massages for the family and they were terrible, pinching and squeezing like the woman didn’t want to be there. After the fact, they over charged us after saying they didn’t keep change to break our bills, when they specified they prefer cash. Dad went to check in for his and was completely ignored by the woman at the front desk who was on her personal phone the whole time, and after waiting 20+ minutes past his appointment time without so much as a word from the employee he ultimately left, only to receive a text an hour PAST his appointment time that they were ready for him. When booking we were told we were allowed 15 minutes in either the hot tub or sauna, neither of which were actually allowed to us. Just a terrible experience for all of us, and such a waste of our time and money on vacation. Can not...

Excellent service from the staff at salon. Julie was so pleasant and patient helping my sister and I choose the type of service we were going to have done. I decided on a hair cut and Maru was excellent also, I love my new look. Julie did my sister Kim’s eye brows with henna and micro blading of the facial hair, which was also excellent and we were both very pleased with our choices, So much so that we came back a few days later to each have pedicures, done by a sweet lady named Anna.
