Buen Café Latin Food — Restaurant in Florida

NASTY!!! WASTE OF MONEY! A SHAME THEY CALL THIS PUERTO RICAN FOOD!😡 I gave a 1 star cause in order to write a review, I had to give something however they deserved no stars! SAVE YOURSELF, YOUR TIME AND MONEY! This place is disgusting! Let's start by saying we should of left when we heard the dang dog! We didn't cause the lady said real quick that they keep the dog outside, it's just the door that's open. Ok fine...moving on....well she didn't tell her sidekick to keep the dog in the back cause the lady came to the counter by the register where the desserts are with a white Maltese. What!!!!!???? By this time we already ordered the food. When the food came, the picadillo had a strong meaty taste- no flavor, the churrasco was bits of steak...no onions, no chimichurri. The mofongo was really mangoo....no salt, no flavor, no garlic and it looked like it had bacon bits from the store. Beans were ok. The pastelillo were old, flan was not fresh and the bags of polvorones and panky were all expired. The polvorones expired in March. The panky we made an exception cause the expired in July. We told the lady about the polvorones and she checked the bags that are behind the counter and the ones in the box...all expired. You would of thought she would throw them out....nope. Girl sat behind the the counter waiting for the next victim. The tripleta was dripping with ketchup which was suppose to be mayo ketchup. He ate half and threw the other half out. The alcapurrias were gross...super salty and no flavor. The relleno de papa was rock hard! Btw look at the door that leads to the kitchen....eeeww it was black were they touch to go in and out. Needs a good wipe down. We are Puerto Rican and this is NOT Puerto Rican restaurant! Needless to say we had to go Walgreens and get Pepto Bismal from the pain I got- we are not from the area and were not going home. Sooooooo....we got duped...pendejos we were for staying! Good food but poor management and service costumer.. first time I was there and order a to go food.. than the girl in the cashier was super rude.. no problem, second time today.. another lady in the cashier super rude.. I really dont know people in places if you dont like it... costumers come to bring some money... she asked me at 3pm to wait 20 min for a to go order.. ok she didn’t give a receipt just my change.. i was waiting in my car and when I come back to grab my food she didn’t remember me.. and ask for my name, but she didn’t ask me for the first time... than she asked me rude again what I ordered and I said... than she come back in 5 more min with my food when I said thank you she just give her back for me, and I said again THANK YOU and leave the restaurant.. less one costumer and all around me! ;) Hope you guys learn how to do a costumer...
