RESPONSE: my pizza surely was not hot and you weren’t even there to know that. I sure as hell can afford a pizza if I gave this janky place a chance. You are a shady business owner with no customer service. I will make sure to let everyone in the area know this. You are the one who seems upset sir!! ✌️
REVIEW: I will never return to this establishment. It’s overpriced, not very good, terrible customer service and false advertising. Pretty shady to me.
I came in for take out . Was not greeted and kind of stared at until I said hello. I looked over the menu and decided on a medium half cheese, half pepperoni and bruschetta.
Total came out to over $27 . Sounded expensive but whatever. I looked at the prices on the menu and it wasn’t adding up but I figured maybe my math was off.
Food came out quickly and I left.
I drove literally TWO minutes from Mia pizza to home where I live and the pizza was cold. I was starving and had to put it in the oven. At this point I’m annoyed. Put the pizza in the oven and as I’m waiting I look at the box with the charges. Their menu prices are not what they charge.
I’m a big reviewer (love to share good and not so good experiences) so I go to review but remember the sign that say “if you aren’t satisfied …. Blah blah blah. So I reach out prior to leaving the review to give them a chance to make it right. They basically said there’s nothing we can do. Like wth ? Then take the sign down. So now I’m even more irritated. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worse enemy. Pizza tasted like little Caesars at best flippers. Deff not worth the cost!
Edited to add: I just looked at their responses to other unsatisfied guest and all I can say is wow! These people literally don’t have the first clue about customer service. Such a shame. Save your money and give it to a small business more deserving and appreciative of...

Read moreI ordered a meatball melt at about 7:55 pm, I paid and was told it would be about 15 minutes. I walked next door to Publix to grab a few things and came back to the restaurant to sit and wait. I watched as the staff looked over the orders under the heater AT LEAST 7 times. One of those times the young man at the register came around to every one and asked for their ticket number, mine was #61. So I gave him my number and he proceeded to check under the heaters again, but did nothing with my order.
It wasn’t until I asked at 8:32 how much longer my order would be, that he turned around and grabbed a box that had been under the heater the entire time I had been back in the store. He handed it to me and said “sorry have a good night”. Honestly, I was done at that point, so I left.
My food was borderline cold, and I just threw it away.
Waste of 30 minutes and waste of $10.

Your restaurant was semi-busy, I will give you that. But the rest of your response is a lie. You clearly have poor customer service and do not value your local customers. If you’re a tourist, I’m sure this place would be great for you. If you’re a local, don’t waste your time...
