IHOP — Restaurant in Florida

I have been before but this has been the worse service I have received. Most of the time when you go to an IHOP the place is rocking (very busy) and you still get good service. But today is slow(including the service) and there should be no excuse why we waited 15 minutes for someone to come to our table so we can place our order. We actually had to flag down a manager in order to have someone take our order. We get our food and I'm not big on presentation but the ommlette looked like something I had cooked(square). I know that the shape shouldn't be a big deal but if I was a cook I'd take pride in the presentation of my meals. I ordered a Colorado ommlette which has 3 types of meats and they only put two until I reached the end where I found one big chunk of meat just sitting there. Then we asked for a refill of coffee and our waitress took the coffee container and didn't bring it back until almost the end of our meal and only because we had to ask for it again. All these issues reflect badly on the franchise and I believe it's just bad management. I hope things get better because I usually have a good experience at IHOP and would like to continue going but not with service like this. There's no reason for this type of service when...

The food doesn't disappoint. Sure, there may be a bit of a wait during the weekend breakfast rush (which, is, and should, be expected at ANY restaurant), but even so, MICHELLE always makes sure to go above and beyond to make sure we are more than well- taken care of. My mom and i go here every now and then, and shes the type to always find a long term l, favorite go-to waitress for our breakfast dates. And, well, now I know why she picked MICHELLE.

Last weekend, on Saturday morning rush, it was PACKED when we walked in, I had heard another worker say they had made cuts (waitress talk) and the hostess relayed to my mom that she had to sit with someone else because MICHELLE was finished with her shift, and I'm almost positive she more than ready to be done work for the day, when I see MICHELLE pop her head over the hostess' shoulder saying, "I'll take them. It's no problem. Sit them at my only empty table"

I had tried talking her out of it the whole walk to the table because I felt selfish keeping her there longer than she needed to be. But she never complained.

And she never forgets to put cheese on my scrabled eggs, even when I forget to mention it in my order.

Came in on 4/28/2018 at 10:30pm and no one came to my table until 10:43pm. Laleyshka not sure if I am spelling her name correctly. But I asked her for something to drink while we waited on our waitress to get our order as I observed her cleaning off a table and setting up silverware. She was very rude answering me WHAT. I asked her very politely if she could get me and my kids something to drink and she responded very inappropriate WHAT DO YOU WANT as if she was bothered by me asking her. I have been in customer service for ten years and we always asked our customers HOW CAN I HELP YOU. There was only one waitress named TONI taking to-go orders and waiting four tables. SHE WAS THE ONLY WAITRESS AT NIGHT IN IHOP? I was so upset with this rude waitress. She let this older waitress run around and would not offer to help her. She stood around on her cellphone and ignored the need for help. If she was off the clock, then why was she still around talking and cleaning tables?
