Sign Appeal — Local services in Fox Lake

I needed 10 signs to put in the ground. I sent an exact picture of what we needed. My landscaper picked up the 10 signs and they didn't include poles and the drilled holes. When I called Sign and Appeal confused he blamed me for not understanding the nuances of the sign business. Apparently , we only get polls if I pay them to install them. I will own the fact that I am not an expert and didn't even know all the right questions to ask. But I sent a picture of exactly what we needed which clearly included a pole.
