We tried to previously start to remodel my kitchen with a company that promised all the things we wanted for our kitchen. They had said they could do everything and anything we wanted the exact way we had wanted, let’s just say everything went bad, lots of money gone to waste over the promises they could not meet. They couldnt even do a floor correct so I called master craft and design who we previously spoke to but didnt hire which was a huge mistake but I called Eddie and expained everything so he agree it wasnt ok or bye code over 4 months with no kitchen 3 kid just imagine. He helped us and guided us in the right path on how to get out of this nightmare contract and to contact a lawyer which we did so for legal reason I cant say the company name but Eddie did not have to help us at all since he was not our contractor at that time, and had nothing to do with it.but he had no hard feelings or wasnt upset that we chose to go another way which was great of him. but master craft and design is the shining light at the end of a dark tunnel. Let’s start off by saying, yes I did hire Master Craft and design after everything was said and done with the previous company. I would be crazy not hire the company. The other hack company had cleaned us dry Emotionally and financially and never gave us any money back or even a sorry just 4 months of broken promises. but this company master craft and design worked with us on cost it just wasnt about money with them which was amazing. Yes I would be stupid not to hire them. He has delivered everything I have wanted and so much more. The quality of his work,his professionalism,his communication,and his delivery through this whole kitchen remodel has been outstanding. He came in when I had literally nothing and was so stressed and crying every day because the other hack company had done a hack job. He had assured me that everything was gonna be amazing and I was in great hands And all I have to say is wow amazing fast kind my cabinets are high quality never seen cabinets this high end ,my counters are high quality, my floors are high quality, everything they have touched in this kitchen has been high quality and has been done with love. They have taken care of my home like it was their own. Not only did I feel like a customer I felt like family. I couldnt Express how amazing they are in any words they blew this kitchen out of the park.as soon as the first day of work was done . my whole family felt stress relief felt safe knowing our home was in a great company's hands amazing team.please if I could tell anyone anything it would be that ur crazy not to hire this company. Like I said before they are family now and no one will ever touch our home if they dont work with this company. I just wish this helps your family make the right choice i and hires this company. if they want there job done right and looking amazing. I can’t say enough about Ed and his very talented crew. My husband and I threw a pretty wicked screw ball at these guys and they totally knocked it out of the park. To say it was an easy kitchen remodel would be the biggest understatement of the century. From the beginning Ed was ALWAYS available to answer questions and he listened to our concerns whole heartedly. We’ve worked with “professionals” who would rather be right than do the right thing. We spoke with a few contractors before deciding to work with Ed and couldn’t be more happy with our decision. Ed is so focused on doing the RIGHT thing, he even told us, “if you guys decide to go with another contractor and something doesn’t seem right, call me and I will help guide you in the right direction”. I couldn’t believe that an owner of a company would be willing to help the competition if it meant we were taken care of. That is Ed and his extremely competent crew in a nut shell. A project this size doesn’t come without some surprises that can cause an increase in price. When those inevitable albeit expensive surprises came, and boy did they come, Ed was able to save us money on the back end to help with the costs. You will never be “nickel and dimed” if you sign a contract with Ed. We are so happy with our kitchen and can’t believe this miracle was completed in less than 3 months!! Our family’s lives have definitely been changed with this amazing updated kitchen! All 5 of us can now be together and enjoy each other’s company while making dinner or just simply hanging out in the kitchen! Which is really where you spend most of your home time anyway if we’re honest! If you’re looking for a contractor to do the BEST job, stop looking and call him now!! You won’t regret it. WOW....I don't know what other way to describe my experience with Master Craft & Design! Eddie and his team did an amazing job turning an unfinished part of our basement into an amazing guest bedroom. He worked with us on selecting the best flooring, colors and design for the room. He also custom built our master bedroom closet and hallway closet, transforming them from a standard wire rack closet into custom build wooden shelving and multiple areas for our hanging clothes. We didn't know exactly what we wanted the closets to look like, so he patiently worked with us to create a design that was beyond our wildest dreams. He also transformed our laundry room from a cramped, disorganized space into a beautiful, functional space. For every project, he used top quality materials. He also threw in a couple of fixes on some annoying issues we had with the house (doors not closing right, swapping out some standard light switches for dimmers, etc) free of charge. He finished everything ahead of schedule and never changed our price from the original quote. His team also showed the highest respect for our home by putting down paper and hanging plastic to contain any mess. They even brought our trash cans up from the end of the driveway after trash day!
