Girl behind the counter had no knowledge of anything in the store besides telling me multiple times they weren’t a dispensary, when I wasn’t there for anything of that’s sort. Couldn’t give me any prices on their clearance lights after directing me to that spot in the store after saying AC Infinity brand was too expensive and just told me to come back another day when she wasn’t working. I drove an hour to get to this location only to be filled with disappointment. Maybe the experience would’ve been different if the staff knew what they were doing but I won’t be returning after the poor customer experience I got and being told to leave and come back after stating how far I drove

After my initial review I received an email stating a response from the owner with nothing being accurate. I was never told the associate would contact anybody else. So stating I was told 3 times is a lie. I never asked about hemp or hemp products. I only looked for maybe one minute at what products they had on their wall. I never declined any help because I was never offered any. I also do not have a brother that I apparently claimed I had to consult about anything being an only child. So claiming I’m having bad day due to your unprofessionalism and the clear fact that you’re lying about stuff shows the poor business that is is portrayed here. I’m not sorry that I will not be doing business here. Go anywhere...

I never leave bad reviews but my experience was terrible. The person working didnt know anything and could not answer any question i had. When you have a specialty store that people go to seeking advise or knowledge on products you sell, I think your employees should know how to answer those questions or have any knowledge of the products you sell. So unprofessional talking to what I assumed is the owner on the phone because your employee laughed and said let me Google it for you and calls her boss to talk to me on the phone. Who was let me say even more rude and acted like my questions were a bother and treated me like i was stupid. If you own a business maybe be a little nicer to people and not make them feel stupid. Do not go to this store unless you know exactly what you're there for.

To the owners response, You are lying. You are a terrible business owner and you should not have a store like this. You do not know anything about these products or how to grow anything. (All the plants in your store are dead or dying) You are saying you came to the store to talk to me? No, you did not. And let me give you a little tip, bad mouthing customers and fighting with them and lying over a review is gonna do nothing good for you. Take it how it is...

Shop here if you want mites. They refuse to mitigate their issue when confronted. Don't go to any grow store that has any form of hemp growing. It's the easiest way for growers to unknowingly bring home unwanted passengers. Growmasters on Gurnee has all your needs.

And based on your response, you're just mad the public knows about your problem. I've stopped in since then and still see evidence of leaf miners, thrips, hemp russet mites, and fungus Gnats. On top of that, you don't honor your stores hours. It's not my business man... It's yours.

You even pulled out a microscope to prove your plants were fine and we found tons of spider mites on plants you grew...
