Beautiful show room and ordered furniture and some floor models. Where they fall short is customer service. We ordered an ottoman and chair to match a couch and chair from the floor models. When the order came in none of the furniture legs matched. Now be aware the floor model peices were st..ill in the store when we ordered. They said no big deal we will get it corrected. 10 months later and still no replacements. Keep being told it is coming in anytime and treated rudely. Also we purchased a floor model table and told it was temporarily in another home because that customers table never came in but we would have it in a couple weeks. We waited but table was not delivered. I told them I needed it so we could do measurements for our remodel. If I could give 100 stars, I would!!! My husband & I have purchased many items from this store over the last 9 years & have always had very good experiences. I wanted to give a shout out to the owner, Jeff, who went above & beyond to help us on New Year's Eve when we bought the perfect comfy chair for our family room & he made sure it was delivered to our home within the hour--after they had closed for the evening! I ordered a beautiful sofa and loveseat from Betsie Bay Furniture however there were some issues with it. They were fantastic about getting me a new sofa and allowing me to keep the other one until the new set arrived. I now have my new sofa set and it looks fabulous! It is how you handle issues when they happen that makes all the difference in customer service, because there are always challenges. The delivery men were consciencious and helpful.
