Edit 4/16/2025 I came to upgrade my phone and add a new line. When I was at the store I was told that I would get a bill in May, but when the April bill came it was crazy high. There were so many feels that my usual monthly bill literally tripled. I was never told that my bill for April would carry so many fees. I had to call AT&T and they told me that it was not ok for the agent to not have told me about all this fees in the first place. They helped me out with some of them and apologized for what happened saying it had not been ok. But now I feel like the agent took advantage of me and was not honest with what he told me my bills and fees would be. I am very disappointed bc I had always had a good experience at this location which is why I am giving it 3 stars and not just one =(, but I don't think I will be coming back to renew my contract with AT&T after this. We wait 10min. Oh, I can't sell you this phone unless you ADD a line. We showed you a destroyed phone and told you from the get go, it's a replacement. She has a huge hickey on her neck, and kept drinking water, while on the phone texting. She actually said, out loud, "If you want to go to another store, I won't be offended. " In her many trips to the backroom, we wondered, what next? Everything we wanted there was some excuse why we could not have it. Down to the screen protector! She brags about how good she was at applying one, then traps a dust bunny sized dust particle on the screen. She goes, "That's ok, right?" Do not go to this store. Read moreThis has been coming for awhile, but in three separate trips all set between a year apart from each other, I have to say this place is a waste of time always. Every time I've went for something, what I was told I would be paying for has been wrong and I sit on the phone for longer than I wanna, hoping my issue(s) are fixed or I end up paying for something I never was told about. If you can have some self control, do it over phone where they log it and let them mail you your stuff. It comes in a very short amount of time. I always get someone here who seems to have an issue with talking to people and its awkward. I'm never going here again, I will probably do everything over phone or internet from now on.
