Taco Bell — Restaurant in Franklin

Food was good this visit passing through town. I understand with inflation these young people don't want to work for scrap working pay as I had to do in my generation. BUTTT if you have a friendly customer at the window you need to be able to talk to that customer friendly and say thank you or have a nice day ANYTHING but being silent is NOT OK! Whether it was 420 time or you just hate your job don't come to work with a non caring attitude! I pulled up to the window & there was no friendly conversation and I was not rude about anything at all but the Young guy at the window told me my total and I asked for a receipt. He handed me and my receipt over like it was a slow motion film and then gets my food bag and just hands it to me without saying a word, even after I said thanks he simply shut the window and turned his back on me! I'm getting tired of doing bad reviews just for poor customer service at different places. Please if you are going to hire these young people, then teach them some customer service skills or make it mandatory video lessons because not talking to a customer is still considered rudeness, and showing lack of caring just means you should get another job!!! I also want to add that I understand everybody goes through things in life where they still have to go to work and pretend that they're not sad or angry about something. I worked in retail most of my life and this was difficult at times but when you put on that work uniform you have to put on your best face even if you have to fake it to get that money Any money is better than no...

I walked into the restaurant the other night & waited for about 20 minutes until someone noticed I was waiting to order and they only noticed because I had to holler. Not only did I notice that the employees vape freely inside the restaurant I'm almost certain its not just "vaping" that they are involved in. Maybe if the other 2 employees that were in the back weren't what appeared to be "making out" they would've noticed I was standing there. A tall white male with black hair & and white skinny girl with light hair. ( I think her name tag said Morgan but I'm not sure as she was far away) When I hollered for someone to acknowledge me they proceeded to walk away to the back where I assumed they continued to make out. WHOMEVER OWNS THIS ESTABLISHMENT NEED TO GET YOUR EMPLOYEES IN CHECK. It is not a family oriented restaurant. I was hoping once the remodel happened it would change for the better but I see its gotten worse. If you want to get high or watch some employees make out then go ahead and continue to go to this tacobell. If not take yourself to the on by 65 because its the only one that's worth going to anymore....

This location has DRASTICALLY gone down hill over the last month or so however tonight was a new low. I waited for my food that consists of a nacho fry, 3 chips and cheese and a steak quesadilla for 25 minutes in an empty lobby. (They did have drive through orders, I’ll give them that much) The ENTIRE time I was waiting there were 2 orders of Nacho fry’s sitting on the counter where they make all the food. Just propped up in boxes. When I get my food I look in the bag, I have 4 cheese sauces and 1 bag os chips. I go back to the counter and ask for two more bags of chips. No apologies for the wait and still getting my order wrong but that’s ok too. Then I go to sot the fries up that are not spilling from the container and when I say they were ICE COLD, they were ICE COLD! They looked absolutely disgusting and were freezing! I threw them in the trash and left. I won’t be back. There’s multiple people just standing around appearing to be doing absolutely nothing and they’re serving this crap and calling it “food”. VERY...
