4/8/23 Let me tell you about Grogans Jewelers by Lon. I started this journey last August having a ring designed for my husband. Beautiful initial ring produced. So I wanted to remake my wedding ring that was a heart surrounded by my mother's guard. The original employee left before my ring was completed. Therefore the new assistant took the ball. Rob Cornett met with us to help make my vision of wings around my heart. It took several trips to Franklin and hard work with communication to come to this day. I tell you, the awesome way this group of employees presented me my ring was heartfelt!!! Hayley Weissman and Rob had in a room, Flowers, Champagne, candles with my ring open for me as I was escorted into the room. All the employees stayed to see my reaction. Which was AWESOME!!! My husband said I fell to my knees crying and he put the ring back on my finger. It IS the most beautiful creation of my sweet mother, who has been gone 22 years, angel wings surrounding the heart my husband gave me. The love these people have for their clients is priceless. They strive for your happiness. ROB went over and beyond satisfying my need. He was on the phone helping with every intricate detail. The result was just amazing. From the moment i corresponded with Jan McDonald at Grogan Jewelers i knew i had found my Jewelers. Personality that i wish the whole world was like. Her heart was so pure and professional it was like i had known her for years! Her visions for jewelry were magical. Her greetings to everyone who came in. So humble and gracious. I want the world to know this lady knows how God wants us to treat each other. Did i get anything? You better believe it!!! She is transforming my mothers wedding ring into a master piece!!!! I am so excited for other projects because Jan sees potential in EVERYTHING!!! Jan made not only my day awesome but my friend with me. My boyfriend (now fiancé) and I started the engagement ring journey browsing in a few different stores (Shane Company, Jared, Zales) as well as online to get an idea of the process, what we thought were affordable options, and what I may like. After leaving Zales disappointed in lack of options and care from their employees, we just so happened to see Grogan Jewelers in our line of view. They turned out to be a hidden gem! From the moment we walked in, our experience was nothing short of wonderful! We were able to nose around for a few minutes before gently greeted by Jaki Collins. She immediately took such care in teaching us about the process and showing us all of the different possibilities with careful consideration not to overwhelm. Her passion and pride in her work was contagious!!! This initial meeting alone made us decide we wanted Jaki to help us design my ring. Throughout the process, she always kept our best interest in mind and used this information to scrounge through ideas and ultimately design my PERFECT ring. She used Grogan’s endless resources to make sure my vision was not compromised at any point and our conversations were always fully transparent. I recommend Grogan Jewelers for all of their friendly staff, but I very highly recommend Jaki! Her vast knowledge and overall joyful nature made it feel like she was my lifelong best friend here to help us...

I called Grogan Jewelers to see if they can help fix an earring post that got bent last night. They answered all of my questions over the phone and gave me an estimate for the repair and told me that the turn around is about a week. I brought the earrings in later that day but when I arrived the jeweler was out for lunch. I left the earrings and my information with the receptionist and she told me to come back in about 20 minutes so I could talk to the jeweler. About 20 minutes later I received a call and the receptionist said that, "they were ready." I thought I misunderstood but once I got back to the store, the jeweler had fixed the post and polished the earrings! I was so excited because they are my 9 year old daughter's earrings which she got as a 1st birthday present from her grandma, uncle and late grandpa. She was absolutely distraught when the post bent (through no fault of her own), and I was with her until she cried herself asleep.
