I recently bought a couch and two swivel chairs at Dream House. It was a pleasure undertaking this exciting (yet potentially daunting) process at such a lovely store. The owner, Cassandra, was the designer I met on my first visit, and I worked with her on the several visits it took me to decide which pieces to buy and what fabric to choose for them. Cassandra is really helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly. She was also very patient with me on the number of fabric samples I wanted to see—they have so many beautiful choices! Cassandra is consistently welcoming and professional, and all the other Dream House associates I interacted with during this process were as well. I had a good experience with Dream House until I needed help with a problem. I spent approximately $26,000 at this store in the summer of 2024. I received good advice and good service until my check cleared. One of my Roman blinds never worked right and I have reached out a few times for assistance. They cannot seem to figure out how to help me with this problem except to blame me for opening it incorrectly (I have had Roman blinds for many years and have never had this problem). Because we live out of the state our purchases must remain small for traveling purposes. However if I would live locally I'd be buying more and bigger items.
