If I could give this store a zero rating, I would. Today, I had an experience like no other, and not in a good way. As I was browsing, taking my time to decide what to purchase, I noticed a young Caucasian male employee with blondish hair and a heavier build following me around the store. While other customers were shopping freely, he seemed focused solely on me, pretending to arrange items on the shelves in the aisles next to me. No matter where I went, he was always close by, never out of my sight. This made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome, so I ended up putting my items back. I won’t be returning to...

Very disappointed how my family was profiled at self check out. Never going back again. Also very saddened because management didn’t try to de escalate the situation. Lily, told my family to stand away from self check out even though there was only one register open. She let other people go in front but didn’t let us check out our items when we had been told to stand away from check out. When my mother called it out nobody helped or said anything. Very ignorant, poor management and service. I love five below but this experience with customer service, I will not be visiting...

Purchased some Biscoff Cookies here today, only to notice that a rodent of some kind had chewed through the packaging, and its teeth marks were visible on the cookies themselves. Luckily, as soon as I explained the problem with an employee, I was able to grab a new untouched pack with no issue. This store is normally great, at least for me, but I would be careful of what you pick up, especially if there’s possibly mice...
