If you need “just anybody” to watch your kids, go here! If you want professionals to do it, go elsewhere. Do not choose this place!! They do not know how to clean things or organize and the kids are always sick. They seem understaffed, because their always juggling staff/children in classrooms. I never know where my child is, when it’s time to pick up. They don’t record times the school bus pick up and leave with your child. I had a concern, so I went to the Center Director she was no help. Acted like she didn’t know how to solve the problem. So I went to her boss the regional Director. Who barely read over my email and concerns. Her solution was to move centers. After explaining to her that she did not go over my concerns and I would like to speak to her boss the center Director kicked my son out, saying that it threatened staff. Smh...

My child attends this daycare and the staff, and management are awesome!!!management is quick to inform you of illnesses and anything that deals with the daycare as a whole. My child never wants to leave and that's the best feeling a parent can have. Not to mention I am always informed on what my child is learning in the classroom through pictures, and information shared on the app. This center is highly recommended and even involve parents in activities!!! Very unprofessional! I have had to pick up our child two and three days a week. Reasons for sending the child home ranges from, touched another child while playing, to “he is having a bad day”… Really?? If you were professionals you would know how to deal with childhood behaviors.. I feel you only see what you want to see and it’s easy to get your number of kids down so you have even less to do.
