We recently tried a chicken sandwich at Crimson Chicken and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. Initially, we were on a chicken tour and stopped by Raising Cane's first but decided to try Crimson Chicken due to their enticing social media advertising. While their chicken looked great, the taste left much to be desired. The sandwich was dry, overly seasoned, and lacked moisture despite the standard toppings. We opted for the Crimson Sandwich, priced at $12.23 after tax.

Shortly after eating, both my wife and I started feeling unwell. I had a persistent scratchy sensation in my throat for an hour, while my wife experienced stomach discomfort, as did I. Reflecting on it, we suspect the sandwich was excessively salty due to over-seasoning. The wait time was short, only 5-7 minutes, but it seemed like there was a lack of care in preparation. The bathroom was dirty, which was also concerning.

Initially, the customer service was okay, but when we called to report our issue, it took a turn for the worse. I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent experience at this establishment. I visited for the first time and had high expectations, but unfortunately, my visit fell short. We arrived at 9:20 PM and were initially given the option to dine in, despite being told we could do so.

However, after requesting to dine in despite the online and physical signage clearly stating that the restaurant was open until 10:00 PM, we were informed that dine-in service was no longer available after 9:30 PM by the staff member who took our order. This information was not provided prior to us being seated, and as a result, we had already made the decision to dine in.

Furthermore, allowing other parties to dine in after us shortly after contradicted the information we were given. This treatment was not only confusing but also came across as inconsistent.

Additionally, when I returned to collect my food, I noticed that the sauce I had ordered was missing. Upon returning to the restaurant, I was assured by the staff member that the sauce was indeed available, but upon returning home, I found that it was indeed missing.
