Deserves 0 stars because there’s nothing bright shining about this store but the merchandisers attitude. I wanted to purchase a $90 sweater that they had IN STORE. Not only was it displayed on 2 mannequins but it was also displayed with another button down shirt layered with it. They had my size but refused to sell it to me because they were displays. The two sales associates were timid and acted afraid of this “merchandiser”. What in the F is going on in this store?! I was ready to spend a couple hundreds dollars and become a new customer but no thanks. I’m 45, maybe I’m too young to be shopping in this store. I’ll come back when I’m 60 and in a bad mood. Friday evening at 7:05 in a busy, crowded shopping district and this store is closed? I know that they lost a lot of customers some years ago when they decided to jettison their existing customer base and make a play for the younger crowd, and then they had to try to regain them. How does it make good sense to jettison their customer base AGAIN by closing so early on a weekend evening? They've decided to give up being a clothing store and rebrand themselves as a tax write-off for Sycamore Partners? Sycamore already ran Coldwater Creek...

Staff is extremely courteous, but not enough on duty leading to some wait time. Other downside is this location doesn't carry much in the way of accessories and you won't get the selection you do online. But the store is well set up and immaculate, and staff work hard to provide quality customer service despite being short handed. If they don't have what you need in stock, they'll help you order it on the "red phone" with free shipping. With greater selection and at least one more employee per shift I would have...
