Everything from the front desk/ receptionist to the professional Technicians who worked on me and my Mother. And, later today for my daughter. Everyone was very attentive/ responsive (loved the call backs for missed calls).... friendly, and accommodating. My mother was dropped off by my husband as I was still in for my massage (with Beth), then facial as Mom arrived for her massage with Beth. I asked the receptionist to please “hand walk” my mother through the locker room (English not Mom’s first language), and waiting area (if I was not able to come out)…., and she did so with no issues. Gladly helped out… reassured me, so I could enjoy my massage.
My Mom… the worse critic (LoL), actually LOVED the massage by Beth. And was thankful!
Beth and Noelle were just fantastic! I was so relaxed, I fell asleep right away during my facial. Had deep tissue with Beth, so, more heavy-handed therapy going on there, but her technique was spot on, and worked my “kinks” right out. Feel much better!
Just moved to the area, and got lucky with our last minute appointments.
Tried to schedule with ME (not my first or preferred option) for lack of awareness locally…, and the 2 receptionists (at ME) smugly told me their first available appointment was in 2 months…! Really? Not even, “I’m sorry…, would you like to try a wait list…”. Nothing! Just an attitude or impression that they just don’t care.
Took a chance with SpaVia…, and the first impressions is what gets people in the door. The Talent brings them back. I lucked out and got both…, bc I like to be spoiled and get good treatment(s). Work too hard for my money to have someone give me a complacent attitude (ie, Massage Envy/ME). The ONE receptionist at SpaVia was so accommodating and helpful, she is a definite keeper!
So glad I came in! And, yes, I will be going back. Because I am picky and want good service at reasonable prices.

Read moreI called 2 days after my gift certificate had expired- I explained my situation and was told it would be honored in full. I was so thankful for this. I booked an appointment that was then cancelled because of the snow. The appointment was rescheduled for 2 weeks later. I went to the massage, first time going to Spavia. The massage therapist was very nice and did a great job, only complaint about her is that she talked to me the entire time. I like silence and even stated that on my check in form. But she is so sweet and a really great therapist. I went to check out and was told my gift certificate wouldn't be accepted. The manager got involved and then called the owner who then said she would accept half of the value of the gift certificate. My husband had the same exact gift certificate, had his appointment the week prior to my massage, and was able to use his for the full value. The only difference between his appointment and mine is mine was cancelled by Spavia due to the inclement weather. With the pandemic, Covid fears, and restrictions, companies are allowing the use of gift certificates after expiration because of the unprecedented times we are living in. But not Spavia. Apparently if my appointment gets rescheduled because Spavia is closed due to the snow it's my fault and I'm not honored the full value of my gift certificate. Read morePartially good service. I planned a day for my wife for her birthday I purchased one of the packages there. My wife attended the facility on that particular day and when she came home and told me about her interactions there I was a little disappointed. One of her services that she was supposed to receive she felt like that person was not professional when rendering those services so she voiced her opinion and they compensated her two $40 gift cards. My point in saying this was the service that we purchased was not $80 so therefore I called back and asked to give the two gift cards back and my wife took return and receive that particular service that she was unhappy with over. The front desk young lady cannot approve such a request so she stated she will contact her boss the owner I’m assuming and the owner would contact me. So it has been months down the line no contact from the manager or owner boss whoever it is and I called the facility three times. I don’t feel that’s how customer service should work. If your customer is not happy with a service they should be able to redo that service since they already paid for it. But no contact from the owner that’s who I’m assuming I was waiting a phone call from manager I don’t know who it may be but I’m thinking it is the actual owner whose Who was able to approve these type of request.
