I am only leaving this review to reflect my experience with the manager by the name Antonio “Tony”. I entered the restaurant while my fiancé stood outside, I was welcomed by the waitress which asked how many there would be in my party. Quickly, I asked if we could sit on the patio and if dogs were welcomed. The staff turned around and said, “yes, we are dog friendly.” One waitress even asked if I would like for her to bring a bowl out for my dog to drink water. I had an awesome waitress by the name of Jasmine who greeted us and took our order. After a few minutes, we received our food. As my fiancé and I were eating Antonio came outside and stood by the patio door. He greeted the table next to us and began talking to them. The table next to us were a group of extremely friendly and kind women who had been outside talking to us about our dog, petting her and giving us training advice. As Antonio was speaking my dog began to bark. One of the women from the other table said, “she just wants you to pet her!” Which Antonio made very clear he was uncomfortable with dogs and began to mumble under his breath. Without speaking to me or my fiancé directly he said, “that dog needs to go out side…the other side. (As he balled his fist). I didn’t think anything of it, then he mentions “only service dogs are allowed.” I inserted myself in his conversation which he indirectly made these statements and let him know that I specifically asked members of his staff if dogs were allowed on the patio, which I was told yes and I was not informed that it was service dogs only. Antonio began to get rude and kept speaking to others about what was going on rather than directing his comments to me or my fiancé. At this time I was getting upset and uncomfortable but had not finished my meal, I asked Jasmine if she could please bring me a box and my check. As Jasmine brought my check and box for my food she apologized for Antonio’s behavior. Several of the waitresses approached me to apologize for their managers behavior and even offered for me to call the location at a later date to speak with another manager. They said, “we have always welcomed pets on our patio, so I don’t understand why he did that and it was uncalled for.”
I really appreciated the entire staffs concern and willingness to rectify the issue and try to make it as comfortable as possible for me while I was getting ready to leave.
Dear Management aka Antonio, With this being the first time at this location I would like to give you some advice. That is not how you speak or treat customers. Next time, make sure your entire staff is aware and on the same page that pets are truly not welcome. Also, I hope you learn how to be an effective manager that your staff can respect perhaps you are lacking in training or human interaction or maybe your terrified of dogs, either way…there are other ways of dealing with these types of issues where you aren’t losing customers at the...
Read moreThis location of hooters is HORRIBLE.I order lunch there quite often and its always cold I get there before its ready and the fires will still be stale and old tasting and wings coated with stale sause. I worked at the hooters in Manassas the food was GREAT.even though I changed jobs the food is still fresh when eating there.but for some reason this location can never get the simple order correct and that would be to At least have it fresh smh.I will NEVERRRR spend money here again which sucks because it is close to me and I love there food. Also the manger is very rude when I called to speak with him about a on going issue because it is a all the time thing. He was very non caring about my food ALWAYS BEING COLD and having to bring it back I'm fed up so will no longer go there .he also had a issue with wanting to replace the whole meal he wanted to do just the fries.only time I ever got food good was when I requested a manger cook it .omggggg the taste was so amazing only time I even got good food.I would not recommended going here it will be high prices food only good enough to eat not to enjoy. And I always did pick uo maybe that why they didn't care because they would say well you didn't eat it while it was hot. Well even getting there before it was ready its still seems old so what was the wait for ? Kind of like it was old and just tossed in some sause to give it flavor.maybe getting some employes who care let alone mangers who care will fix the slow service and cold food that taste stale. I'm so disappointed and to think i gave this location plenty of times to make it better.this will no longer be my favorite lunch stop. I'd rather drive to...
Read moreStopped at this location, while traveling. This location, shows why the chain is disappearing. The glass, doors and windows are filthy, look as though they have not been cleaned in a year. Used the restroom, the stall I selected had a note in the door, so faded you could hardly read it. Note says you have to pump the handle to flush...ohhh it took multiple pumps to flush it. My husband was seated and I joined him after I used the restroom, then he used the restroom, we waited another 10 minutes before anyone came to the table to take our drink order. The place was close to empty, lots of staff walking around. Seemed the only table getting any attention was 1 table of men. Guess a couple seated were not a priority . This is very sad... The wings were great... the server who waited on us, it was her last day... seems this location is not a good one, for the staff as well. I can say, we wont visit this location again. We will chose to spend our money, in a better run location...or another restaurant that appreciates their customers and gives good...
