This was my first visit to this store. To be honest, I like how everything was displayed and organized. I adore the store's stylist. That gets 5 stars from me. However, I did not have a pleasant purchasing experience. While browsing the store, a salesperson informed me that all red mark items are an additional 50% off. I went there specifically to buy a throw for my white chairs, and luckily I found one that was on clearance and had a red tag. I was expecting an extra 50% off because the salesperson said so, but when I bought it, she said it was only on furniture, which I disagreed with because she didn't specify or clarify when I was browsing. She was also perplexed as to why the throw was on clearance. That is not my issue. Anyway, I still bought the throw, but I won't be returning to this store and will instead visit others nearby. Expecting salespeople to be knowledgeable about store policies or to keep their words.

Read moreBy far the worst experience with a furniture company I have ever had. I just finished building a house, I have had furniture ordered and delivered from every major company and I can honestly say you need to BEWARE when thinking of ordering from this company. As previous reviewers have mentioned, once you've paid for your order you essentially have to call and spend hours talking to representatives because they provide ZERO customer service. I have been trying to process an exchange for months, I've received no emails telling me the new product is in, nothing to setup delivery, no confirmation email after I called and set the delivery up, NOTHING! In fact I was so exasperated by the whole experience I said I don't know how you are in business when you have such terrible customer service and the representative said we don't have a customer service department I just handle the sales. That pretty much sums it up, sell the product and don't deal with customer...
Read moreMy sofas are about 3 or so years old...it took several months to get it. When it arrived the material was loose underneath which the guy said he fixed...they didn't staples cut your feet if your feet are at the edge. Shortly after we purchased our furniture, we sold our house and put the furniture in storage for a few years. About six months after moving into our new house, It took several times to get in touch with concierge. I explained the whole situation and asked if someone to come look at my furniture because the cushions are flat and the back pillows are all baffled looking. After several more calls I gave up. The customer service is truly lacking. This is supposed to be quality furniture..i sent probably 3x as much as if I went to a local furniture store to end up with flat, misshapen furniture that has only been used by a family of the 3...
