Update: lately, this location and employees has been much better. My mobile orders have been ready and correct. Thank you all. I leave tips. More people should if you're already spending so much.
And you LAZY people complaining about the drive thru can get out and walk inside smh. Also, keep in mind the people in front of you are ordering most likely multiple drinks/special requests. It's way less busy inside. I never understood why some of you tools wait in that long line out there lol.
This store. Why do I even bother? Smh. There is like 10 people back there! 1 is mopping and the rest of them ignore you. I just wanted to pick up my mobile order. They are SO RUDE HERE!! Also , I just love when they make faces and get an attitude when they make my drink wrong and I ask them NICELY to fix it. If I ask for whipped cream and my mobile label says it, I pay almost $6. Read moreThis Starbucks is constantly disappointing me. I normally go to the Starbucks on West Park & 35, great staff there & short waits. When I stop to get gas, I go to this Starbucks. Since it has moved to the end of the plaza I would say I've been there 10-15 times. Not all experiences have been bad, their drive through team is very on top of it, however for the most part the staff inside is terrible. The sad part is the staff here rotates pretty often, I've never seen the same person more than once and they all are terrible. You would think they would be added meaningful, helpful, aware staff but they are just replacing terrible employees for another. Today I order a tea, just a normal hot tea, I walked to the end of the counter to wait for my order, after 5 mins I finally see the woman who took my order start on my tea. She brings it to me and says "I forgot". What a great way to treat customers! They weren't busy. I was the only customer in the store and there were at least 4 people behind the counter who could've assisted me. Terrible...

I had to calm today because I was given a drink without a secured lid. I can totally understand it being an accident but seeing this is the THIRD time I’ve received a drink like this, this doesn’t appear to be an accident. When you ask for a drink sleeve for a hot beverage, you would think you are doing for a social. When I called today to explain my problem , all I got back was “let me take care of your drink for you”. I know this is something that might be ok for some , however that’s nothing as far as I’m concerne. If you hate your job or don’t like dealing with the general public, get a different job.
